We spent a week in this beautiful villa. The pictures do this wonderful place little justice for how truly beautiful it really is. The beauty and richness of the villa, far exceeded what the photos showed. It was warm, welcoming and had amazing views from almost every angle. When we drove up, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Lusia, the house manager.
We got to experience a traditional lovo feast and spend time with Lusia, Jorge, and Jone, while they prepared it. It was a pleasure to sit and talk with them and learn some of their culture and get to know them all. They were absolutely amazing and the highlight of our trip.
If we had any questions or needed anything, they were quick to respond and help. Jim the owner was a delight to correspond with, as well. His responses were timely, and he was a help at giving suggestions on things to do when we arrived.
If you have a chance to stay at Sea Winds, do yourself a favor and book it!
We will definitely be back!
Vinaka vakalevu for a wonderful stay!

After staying in resorts when the kids were little we were keen for a bit more space and peace. Sea Winds gave us that in spades. Huge, spacious rooms and living area, lovely pool which is deep and plenty big enough.
Lucia was always there for whatever we needed but was inconspicuous too. A lovely person and her husband who is the handyman as well.
We enjoyed takeaway coffee and cocktails from The Tipsy Italian just down the road and the locals were proper authentic Fijians- always smiling and willing to help.
We all loved it.

We stayed a week here. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The view of the ocean is incredible and the location was perfect for us. Centrally located to golf, diving, tours etc., and walking distance to the beautiful Coral Coast which has great snorkeling.
Our kids enjoyed the pool everyday and the pool table was an awesome addition!
There is staff onsite to offer massages and meal preparation/cooking. One of the grounds keepers, Jone (Johnny) really made our trip spectacular. He took our teen boys spear fishing at night and took all of us to an incredible waterfall. His sweet spirit was such a joy to see everyday when he would arrive to clean the pool. He is a kind soul and will be one of the main reasons why we come back and rent this villa again!

We stayed for 4 nights at sea winds. The house has beautiful views of the coast. The staff are welcoming and helpful with all questions and requests. Well-appointed rooms and good facilities.
It's a place where you can do as much or as little as you choose. We enjoyed walking to the beach and exploring the coastline within walking distance from the house.

Amazing property, as good as it looks in the photos. Excellent for our party of 8. We had a few issues. Needs some up keep going forward on some of the items. The property felt secure and wonderful views.

Sea winds Villa certainly delivered. Our group of 7 had such an amazing vacation at the property only made better by the house managers Lani and Meri. They assisted us with anything we needed and also gave our group space to enjoy the property. I truly wished we could have stayed longer.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Sea Winds is such a beautiful house with gorgeous views and made our vacation very relaxing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Having a car meant that we could travel to different parts of the Coral Coast from Pacific Harbour for the river tubing to Natadola Beach for a day at the Intercontinental. Although we decided not to drive at night after just missing a horse in the middle of the road on the poorly lit roads. Thanks again for the great hospitality.

The house is beautifully kept with amazing views overlooking the ocean. It is a quick 10 minute walk down to the beach and a nearby gas station and corner mart. The nearest supermarket is 20-30 minutes away and restaurants nearby are sparse. The house suited the purpose of our stay but I wish we would have had the foresight to stop at a store along our drive.
There is a cat that hangs around the house and looks for scraps. Be sure to shut him out of the house at night or make sure any food is put away (he broke open our bag of bread and ate half the loaf).
The pool was beautiful but too cold to enjoy during our stay (we went at the end of August) and found the ocean was warmer to swim in. There were afternoon/midnight storms each night. Given where the house is located on the hill, the wind howls through the shuttered windows.
We all enjoyed our stay and the property offered what we were looking for (a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views). We had rented a van for our group to get around. If you want to get out and experience the island, i would highly suggest getting a rental as well.
We opted for the lovo dinner. What i wish i knew beforehand was that you need to do the shopping yourself (again, the closest grocery store is 20-30minutes away). Lani lives on site below the property and tells you what to get but be advised portions are completely up to you. She verbally gave us a shopping list of what to get, some of it was very hard to find.

We travelled as a group of 6 for a 5 night break with friends. The accommodation was amazing. Evrything and more than we wanted. Ideal for a group. A small restaurant and supermarket a 5 mins walk away. 30 mins to nearest resort. Had a minibus for $40 easily arranged for dinner one night. Lani was great cooked us a fiji dinner and organised transfer to local souvenir shop. Ahort walk to the beach for snorkelling.

The villa is so user friendly and on-theme tastefully decorated. It felt so tropical and lovely. The view is incredible. The gardener and housekeepers are absolutely lovely people, we adored them. The pool is fantastic and ample space for our group of two couples and three children.
I would say the house is getting a little tired so although so gorgeous, aging a little from its glory days when freshly built. Some of the special touches could do with an update e.g. snorkeling gear worn, games with missing game pieces.

Wow what a property! The house is amazing, each bedroom is spacious with so much sleeping room, which easily accommodated our large group of 11. The pool was perfect and we loved the seating areas around the pool, some covered for when those rain showers come through. The view was incredible! It was so lovely to sit outside with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. Lastly Va and Lania were so kind, they are also amazing cooks and we enjoyed 2 meals prepared by them. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this lovely home with family in between resort stays on Denarau Island (Radisson Blu and Sofitel). We enjoyed this home much more than the resorts. The home was perfect for us. The kids had lots of fun in the pool and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Jack (house staff) was especially helpful and gracious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an awful start to our trip to Fiji, our flight cancelled and rescheduled the following day. The new arrival time meant we had to check in Sea Winds around 2 am. Luckily, the staff was very accomodating and had a member greet and introduce us to the amazing facilities. Thanks to Jagdeo and staff and the very comfortable villa the rest of our stay was not just fantabulous but also very memorable. We love exploring and the villas central location enabled us to drive a rented car to sights/activities at both Nadi, Suva and everything in between. Description and pictures on VRBO are accurate but I must say, the ocean view is a must see in person. The whole villa is beautifully maintained including the garden, swimming pool, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a huge vinaka to Jagdeo and staff, we will definitely return to Sea Winds on our next trip to Fiji.

This property was beautiful. It’s across the street from the beach up a long gravel road. The home itself was absolutely perfect for our family.

High class, nice place, and handy to have all the gear available to use as part of the package (like coral booties etc). Staff were friendly and respectful in balancing our need for service and privacy. Allowed us to explore the coral coast and village side of the island while staying in very comfortable lodgings. Bit further away from the beach than what we thought it was going to be, but it was still walkable. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Lovely property on a hill, but the experience did not work well for my family. We could not get the oven to work and the tv’s were not working in the several of the en suites. The air conditioner in one of rooms quit working the last night we were there. Further, we did not know how to reach the housekeeping staff after they left for the morning to report these issues.
We reported our delayed check in to the management via email, but received no response - housekeeping staff was not happy upon our late arrival.
Overall - just not a good experience for our group - we checked out 1 day early to a regular hotel.

The Sea Wind Villa provided a wonderful Fijian experience for our group of two families. The house is perfectly setup for two families traveling together, or any larger group of travelers. Bedrooms are located off to each side of the main living area, providing plenty of privacy.
This home was the most well appointed rental home we have ever stayed in. Anything you might need was there; from board games to cooking appliances. If you choose not to cook your own meals, there are two very affordable restaurants close by, and the one restaurant right down the hill from the Villa said it would also deliver meals to the house. The Sea Wind Villa definitely looks as good in person as it does in the pictures. It is located about 1 hr 45 minutes from the Nadi International Airport, so a rental car is advisable; especially if you want to see other parts of the island.
If we had a complaint, it would be that the home wasn’t as close to the beach as we would have liked. (6-10 minute walk) As a heads up, you do have to go down and up a steep incline as part of your trek to the beach. Other than that we LOVED everything about the home and would highly recommend it to others!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, the house is even more stunning than the photos, location is great and everyone in Fiji is so accommodating, we can not speak highly enough of the grounds man at the property either, he was just lovely and on hand whenever needed. Very helpful. The only problem we had was the main ‘housekeepers’ weren’t there so the fill in woman we got was nice but not very helpful at all, not rude, just not around much. We asked where to go for things and what to do and she said wait for the other keepers to come back to ask. Unfortunately we had her all but the last day. Needless to say we didn’t get any babysitting help or bookings. But when you venture out of the lovely property, the islanders are more than willing to help out! There is a cafe in walkable distance and they are also happy to deliver, and also a place down the road and the owner does horse riding and will show you anything you want to know. Overall, wish we had the housekeeping that we excepted from the reviews and website but other than that we had a great stay in a beautiful property surrounded by lovely people. And Kimberly, the owner, is great at communicating and getting straight back to you.
