The accommodation is of great location accessible to restaurants, bars and markets. Although it is situated around these catering industry and institutions, it is very peaceful at night and the noise of cars and motorbikes can barely be heard from our room. The room and bathroom is spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable, we even have our private mini kitchen! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, especially Angga who is so hospitable and so cheerful all the time. Cant forget puppy who comes to welcomes you with wagging tails everytime you come back.

Angga, the host, is the best one. He is very kind and helpful for everything you need. Since the first moment you arrive you will feel home in the guest house. Also his staff is very kind and smiling.
You can also ask Angga for scooter or laundry and he will arrange you the service.
The surroundings of the guest house are very beautiful, it seems to be totally immersed in the nature but very close to the city center.
Thank you for everything
The dog barking us everytime we come back or we want to go to the pool.
Maybe one bedside more in the room would be appreciated.

Very friendly staff, Angga helped with everything.
Nice there was a fridge. Clean room and bathroom. Good value for money.
Room was not so cozy - lights was very strong and white. Hotel dog was barking all night which made it quite hard to sleep. Bed was a bit hard.

The owner was responsive when there was a problem.
For instance, he changed the bathroom stopper right away when water kept running down the drain. He also helped arrange for transportation. The pool was always clean, and the water in the bathroom was hot. The room was comfortable and pleasant.
The floors could have been cleaner. The ad said there was breakfast for $3.00 a day and there wasn't.

Lovely guesthouse, rooms were nice and cleaned everyday! We fell ill while staying here and the staff couldn’t be more helpful with us which we are so thankful for. Would definitely recommend!

Very close to the center of Ubud, friendly and helpful staff, large and comfortable room and bathroom and nice swimming pool.
Some mysterious stains on the comforters and in the bath room.

It's the nicest place I've ever been. The accommodation is located in a well-connected Ubud district. There is a supermarket nearby, a restaurant with delicious dishes, a gas station. Additionally, it is very quiet and pleasant. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and very big bathroom. The host is super nice, helped us rent a motorbikes and storage our luggage when we decided to go north.

Location: Super close to the city centre, we rode motorbike but if you don't have any other mean of transport, you might need to hike a little bit. But it was located next to a small river and a quiet road.
Facilities & Property:
-The room is big, and we booked the one with bathtub. It was so huge, me and husband were confused what to do with so much space 😂. But we enjoyed having our dinner by the terrace, eating some food we bought from a nearby supermarket. The staff also kind enough lending us a bread knife.
-The pool is nice and super cold due to Ubud's weather at the moment. But all are clean and working properly
Service: we love the hospitality! It is locally owned and we got the chance to meet the 2nd generation owner. He was kind and super welcoming. The staffs were all smiley and helpful.
This is not what we like, but it might be considered as feedback instead:
-providing phone numbers -> hotel WA number (if needed), any local emergencies etc (for international tourist, maybe)
-tourism guidance or sort of maps/travel plan in the room
Overall, everything went perfect :)

I love everything here. The people that works here are so friendly and helpful, always trying to make sure everything is ok with the guests (specially Angga, he is very very kind!).
The breakfast is amazing (I love the pancakes!), served every morning in the balcony. The room is big and very clean, and they have water to refill.
The location can’t be better. A walking distance to the center but in a calm and peaceful place.
I am sure I will come back! I love this place!
