close to work

a guy stayed with his girlfriend fir 2 nights & were up to 4 in the morning both nights not the owners fault just not the best when your up fir work in the morning

Scary , permanent resident who had all personal stuff in the bathroom and had domestic violence with his partner.

Once we managed to get in we had a lovely stay, even though breakfast wasn't included there was still cereal eggs and bread along with fresh milk. The room was lovely and clean.

There wasn't any staff on site, we couldn't get hold of anyone on the numbers listed on Booking.com we actually had help from the man in the take away a couple of doors up, he gave us a number to phone and the lady who's number he gave us phoned the lady who fro. Comfort rooms, she rang us and gave us a pin code to get a key from a key box that olend the front door to a staircase with a self contained B&B, she told us to take keys to room 1 that had a key for the front door in them . So we had to go put the lock box key back in it. It was frustrating to say the least,

I am overall happy

Yes. I am highly impressed with all arrangements from start to finish. I didn’t meet anybody in person but throughout my check in and check out, the guidance was excellent. I checked in late and could only reach the wonderful lady on phone who guided me into the hotel and into my room. This was a second home to me. I wish to thank you for the complimentary drinks on arrival and the early morning free breakfast with all that is needed to make one’s stay very very memorable. Hope to come back and promise to recommend more and more people. Thank you

I think it was expensive for what it was but it was OK for a central base to visit the area.

Location was OK parking at night outside was good. The owners were available if you need them. Bedding and towels were clean and new looking.

Being above a massage parlour Very dated inside Needs a deep clean No parking during the daytime

Worst place to stay. Shower does not work!

One of the worst accommodations I've stayed in the UK. There is no proper shower facilities. You either get extremely hot or cold water. This happens in a cycle for every 10s. Even after making a complaint the owners were not able to fix issue. We had to pay and take shower elsewhere. Completely spoiled our holiday stay. Do not book this property even as your last resort. :-(

Excellent value for money and a really comfortable stay. The beds were excellent.

Although advertised as not supplying breakfast. The landlady had provided an excellent stock of food to allow us to prepare our own breakfast. big surprise and big bonus.

Would highly recommend this company & definitely use again! Landlady Kathleen was very accommodating

There wasn’t breakfast made. But we were supplied with everything we needed and more which wasn’t included but supplied as a nicety. So appreciated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was nothing more that we needed, bedding and towels were above standard of some chain hotels I’ve stayed at for my employment. Even down to USB sockets, free WiFi, a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities. Contacted Kathleen (Landlady) the night before for information on the area as my son was Passing Out of the Royal Navy which she helped with.
