Fabulous space, excellent location, very well equipped.
Views from the windows were outstanding, regularly saw dolphins and watching the waves was mesmerising. Bedrooms were very spacious. Any issues were dealt with quickly and were no problem for the owner. Would definitely stay here again.
Tiniest criticism that there was no garden or outside space to sit and have a cuppa or hang washing. However washing machine and dryer were 👌🏼

Wonderful location within walking distance of beautiful beaches, small bays and harbour.
Accommodation was perfect. Large lounge and dining room with windows overlooking Banff bay. Saw dolphins in the bay one evening.
Kitchen very well kitted out with everything you needed if you wanted to cook.
Utility room had 2nd fridge with freezer.
House has no outside space but with so much locally we did not really miss it.
Hot tub was great but felt like we were in a wooden cupboard with no roof.

Everything was perfect

very modern, very spacious, absolutely fantastic sea views, which meant we could see the bottle nose dolphins come into the bay when the sea was calm, very close to the beach.
There were lots of crockery etc it was very well equipped but there were lots of crockery that had been chipped previous to our visit and not removed or replaced

Best thing was the beach view from the main windows
Most shops/takeaways shut quite early nearby

This property was absolutely beautiful.
A stunning location. Beds were extremely comfortable & the house was the perfect size for a group of 10. The views were amazing & the living space was great. Hot tub was a great size & the log fire is a lovely touch.
A few issues with the Sonos but eventually we figured it out. We also struggled to open some of the windows e.g. main bathroom.

Location was fantastic, lovely town, plenty to see/ Host was great.
Plenty of communal space, en-suites a bonus, all clean and tidy in the main. Plenty of heating and hot water (wood-burner was great) bedrooms warm and comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay
Nothing really - kitchen could do with some TLC... One of the Sofas in the lounge seemed to need some repair... it was broken..., little things I know, but little things make the difference when you are paying for and expecting luxury.... which again I add in the main it was

Visited The Old Custom House to celebrate my daughter and her partners 30th birthday. While not the trip we had planned, it was a fabulous staycation. There was everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, including a hot tub.
There was nothing not to like in the property.

Great location with fantastic views over the harbour - we even saw dolphins on our last day. The rooms are beautifully furnished and there were enough bathrooms for all of us and all with great showers. The hot tub was an added bonus and the property was incredibly spacious. The utility room with an extra fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer was really handy.
Although the property is very spacious, it does not have a garden. There are the castle grounds just a few metres away so if you have dogs you can quickly pop out with them but when the weather is nice there is nowhere to sit outside and relax although you have the beach right on your doorstep. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of glasses but could do with a few more utensils and sharp knives.
