Местоположението и наличието на пакркинг, макар че беше изключително труднодостъпен.

До паркинга се стигаше с много тесен асансьор. В последния момент преди настаняването се разбра, че стаята ни е заета и бяхме настанени в стая с 3 развалени климатика, като от тях само единият тръгна- изключително шумен, без да охлажда. Шума ни принуди да го спрем и на практика спахме без климатик в средата на юли!

Deception totale. Seul l’emplacement est bon.

L’emplacement parfait : A 100m de l’avenue Vitosha. Ultra centre Le réceptionniste de nuit le petit jeune adorable. Pas celui qui m’a accueilli le premier jour…. La seule personne, aimable et naturelle de l’établissement. Le changement de draps et de serviette tous les jours .. C’est un gros plus car la chambre est très très humide

A l’arrivée ils ont voulu me refourguer une chambre sans balcon. J’ai appelé le service clientèle Booking et comme par hasard en cinq minutes ma chambre avec balcon était disponible alors qu’elle ne l’était pas à mon arrivée… le hasard est bien fait ! L’état de propreté de la chambre est désastreux. La joints de la douche sont noirs moisis…dégueulasses. Chambre 202 il y a d’énormes toiles d’araignées sur les 2 éclairages du plafond. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas ou si peu. C’est pathétique ! Le balcon est minuscule, il est en plus à 50 % occupé par le bloc de climatisation La moquette est dégueulasse Le micro réfrigérateur devait être à 15° et vraiment je n’abuse pas Bref, l’emplacement est parfait, mais vraiment je n’y retournerai plus jamais

Aclaren qué tipo de habitación tienen y sus condiciones

Hay que hacer una habitación en un sótano sin ventana!!! No resiste el menor análisis como se pueden aprobar ese tipo de habitaciones que por supuesto no son aclaradas cuando uno reserva. Además la habitación estaba a la vuelta del hotel

Estuve mis 5 dias de estada con el piso del baño mojado por una pérdida de agua

The Hotel was great. However the Receptionist and some Cleaners should do better next time.

The place is near to City Center. Lots of Kiosk and Bar and Market along the area. Some staff are easy to approach. Some are not.

It happened to us today 26th April of April 2024. We had 2 night Stay at the Hotel. We had our Room Cleaned by staff on our first day of stay. As we about to Check out the Receptionist told us we had to pay for the Mini Bar inside our Room as we allegedly Consumed some Drinks in the Fridge, specifically some Vodka, Bailey’s and Soda Water which we have not Consumed. The Receptionist told us that the Manager instructed her for us to pay the said Drinks we never had. As we refused not pay for those, and asked if we could possibly talk to the Manager, she said the Manager was not there and they fabricated the Story that they found empty Bottle of Drinks in our Room which we never consumed. By the way, we bought all of our Food and Soda outside (Lidl and Kiosk). Please do not do these to your Guests next time. We do not know if the Cleaners are at fault or the receptionist knows about this. To sum it up we refused to pay and the receptionist allowed us to leave.

За втори път отсядам в хотела. И отново съм много доволна от всичко. На много добро място се намира, в центъра, близо до заведения и спирки на градския транспорт. Препоръчвам!

Βολικό για βόλτες στο κέντρο της πόλης

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν στην καρδιά της πόλης και μπορούσες να πας στα περισσότερα μέρη με τα πόδια. Αν και κλασικό, παρείχε όλες τις ανέσεις κι ήταν αρκετά καθαρό και σε ήσυχο δρόμο. Διαθέτει υπόγειο ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης (κατεβάζεις το αυτοκίνητο με το ασανσέρ οχημάτων) και στοιχίζει 20 BGN την ημέρα.

Το προσωπικό όφειλε να ήταν πιο ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το ασανσέρ δε λειτουργούσε την τελευταία ημέρα κι αναγκαστήκαμε να κατεβάσουμε τις βαλίτσες από τις σκάλες.

The guy at the front desk who did the check-in was very nice and helpful. great service. Unfortunately, only him. Underground garage.

The front desk staff during the stay was arrogant, rude and pretentious. The cleaning ladies had more to say than the front desk. They didn't change towels which you had to ask for every day. Insects were flying around every day in the bathroom. The room I had was dark and overlooked the garden where in the evenings they smoked and played music. It wasn't quiet. The quality of the furniture and fittings is replaceable. Sturdy door but the lock can be opened by slipping a credit card between the frame and the door. Hard to park if you haven't bought a garage space. The window in the bathroom cannot be covered.

I booked the same hotel as my sister but ended up in different locations which complicated the trip. We also had stains on our bed linen and the air freshener was very strong in the room.

Nice apartment (around the corner of the hotel itself) near the main shopping area in Sofia’s city center. Great stay.

Good location, quality and price ration, balcony, big room.

No chairs in the balcony, unserviceable staff, no hello, no goodbye, no explain how to park on the street the car was towed as a result, we stayed here for two nights but when we hung up after the first night to clean the rooms we got dirty towels and unmade beds.

The hotel is in the city center- close to the most important boulevard with lots of cafes and restaurants. The metro is 10 minutes far away by foot from the hotel and is a direct metro line until the airport. The room was small, but very clean and the wi-fi was ok.

The double room received was not in the hotel, was in another building - 100m far away - somewhere around the corner without any logo on that building. The room was in the basement and the double bed was not really a double bed, were 2 single beds. Was very strange because that building even if is near the hotel and the city center, has no reception, no logo, no security, has only one interphone and the information related this new building was not found on booking when I booked the room. The man at the reception when I did the check-in was not very friendly and was a little arrogant without any explanation. If with one customer which is genius- level 3 on booking platform, the hotel and the staff had that attitude, I don't know how they act with someone new on booking. I hope that new building will have also a sign, a logo in the future, photos with the rooms if is part of this hotel. I'm sure the customer is important for all hotels in the world and the transparency is very important for everyone , so next time if one room is not in the same hotel, please add this information on booking also. Thanks!

Great location, spacious apartment, beds to be improved.

The location was very good, next to the main commercial area, plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helped with local directions. The apartment was very spacious, with 2 bathrooms.

There is A/C but it is only in the living room, where we had our daughter sleeping, so we could not have it on during the night. The night was hot so we had to open the windows, and there was quite some noise and the light would come in. The beds were not comfortable.

The few things that were good were the location and the spacious rooms.

House keeping: They just clean the room if you aren´t in it, they don´t even knock on the door to check first and when they do clean it they switch towels, give you new glasses and empty your trash bins. When I asked the reception, they answered that they don´t come back after 11 in the morning to see if you need house keeping. Room: The hairdryer worked for 10 sec. then it stops. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The towels are thin and worn out. The curtains are too thin so the light shines in the room in the morning. The bed is really hard, I got back pain sleeping in it. The wi-fi is very unstable. Overall, the staff is rude and not helpful except the cleaning lady. The only thing that saves this hotel is the location and the spacious rooms, nothing else. I don´t know why they get so good ratings, perhaps fake reviews.

We really like to stay at this hotel. We highly recommend it.

The hotel is in the center of Sofia. It's in a walking distance to Vitosha Street, but the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. We went everywhere by walking. There were really good restaurants and markets near the hotel. We stayed in one-bedroom apartment. We chose this room for its kitchen. Stovetop, big refrigerator and kitchen is perfect. The size of the room is large enough for us. We stayed with our baby. They gave baby crib. There is also balcony. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels, etc. The floor was parquet. So it's more hygenic than a floor covered with carpet. We will stay again at this hotel when we come to Sofia.

There could be more kitchenware such as pots and pans. The bedroom was cold in the first days. But after they put space heater, it became really hot.

Bit of trouble on arrival as I was told I’d obly booked for two instead of four. despite an exchange of messages last June to confirm it was 4 in the studio apartment with a sofa bed. (The confirmation email after booking for 4 only stayed a booking for 2 which is why I immediately followed it up. the woman who booked us in was cross with us despite it being a lack of communication from whoever responded to my enquiry. she organised the bedding and extras very quickly while we waited and all was resolved. thank you.
