Next time in Sofia, I will stay here again.

The location is unbeatable. Breakfast is great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to check out late!

The room could have been cleaned better, we found hair and quite a lot of dust. There are some works being carried out that I think could be managed better.

Расположение супер. Номерной фонд - очень старый

Расположение отеля отличное. Самый самый центр. Рядом бульвар Витоша , различные достопримечательности , огромное количество ресторанов . Что очень важно , паркинг через дорогу на против отеля.

Старый отель требующий ремонта. Номера давным давно просят ремонта и обновления мебели. Не удобная кровать из-за старого матраца

Situación inmejorable para conocer el centro histórico de Sofía

La situación es inmejorable si quieres conocer el centro histórico de la cuidad. El personal muy amable y profesional, mención especial a Dimitri que nos solucionó un problema con el chek-in y quiero darte las gracias desde aquí. Desayuno buenísimo.

La limpieza debería ser un poco más profunda para ser de 5*, por lo demás genial

Ωραίο κλασικό κτήριο.

Πολύ καλή κεντρική τοποθεσία.Όμορφα ανακαινισμενα δωμάτια με θέα στην πλατεία.

Η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη.Επρεπε να ζητήσουμε για να καθαρίσουν τα σκουπίδια και να δώσουν χαρτι υγείας.Επισης για πενταστερο ξενοδοχείο οι παροχές τόσο στα δωμάτια όσο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους είναι λίγες.

Best location in town, beautiful hotel but staff were not overly eager to help!

Very well located. Beautiful old building in great condition.

Concierge not trained. Staff were good but not what we’d expect for 5 star hotel. Many young students with no real clue about guest relations.

Sehr gute Lage. Gut geschultes, freundliches Personal (besonders an Rezeption und Bar). Höchster Standard. Umfangreiches und stets gut betreutes Frühstück.

Small room, the size of the room is announced 31 m2 on the site of the hotel. In the reality it is 16 m2. No parking, very uncomfortable.

I had an upgrade for the room. However, the room was average the sofa bed when open was so close to the vanity table had to walk sideways to get to the balcony

Positiv überrascht worden, lohnt sich.

Hervorragende Lage, sehr zentral. Große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, freundliches und fähiges Personal. Fitnessstudio mit viel Equipment, dessen Lage mitten in einem Flur lediglich minimal störend ist.

Leider keine Badewanne auf dem Zimmer.

Great value for money

I really loved how polite and helpful staff was (especially Dimitris at reception)

It wasn’t really clean - huge balls of dust behind curtains, under bed etc There were things of previous guests not removed from under the bed too

Beautiful Hotel, would recommend, Housekeepiny need some feedback!

The property is stunning, the decor of the rooms are beautiful and the service throughout the hotel was top notch! Location wise you are at the top of Vitosha Boulevard and surrounded by some good bars and places to eat. I’d not hesitate to stay again as the price is very good value for money.

For a 5* hotel I felt the cleanliness of the room was very poor. The wooden floors were dusty, as were most of the surfaces, clearly not cleaned with any kind of eye for detail. Taps in the bathroom were watermarked and the splash back behind the sink and the mirror were badly marked with splashes. Such a shame as the hotel itself and the rooms are stunning. Housekeeping do not do the place justice!

Superb

Great location. Room was very nice.

Front desk staff were always swamped - so it was very difficult to get any help from them - other than check-in and check-out. The hotel needs more staff to help their patrons.

Five stars location with 4 stars services

The location was good, right in the center of the city. The room was very fancy with automatic curtains, a nice balcony.

It does not have a parking. Like a safe one not one in the middle of the walking alley. It was quite dirty. Lots of dust in the room, even the floor on the hallway wasn’t clean. The breakfast wasn’t that good. The only things that looked good was the fruits.

love the location and overall feel. nice view but from only some rooms. beautiful art deco

certain parts were unfinished and gym was not functioning properly. some staff not as helpful but others were amazing!
