A great British B&B. Superb

Very well maintained home that you can share the homely lounge spaces of, with great views and walks around property perimeter, plus a excellent breakfast. A Great British B&B

I was in the roost room and as working from my laptop it was uncomfortable to get my legs beneath the table due to the low drawer. Maybe the desk and chair could be changed or the handyman husband could just raise the table somehow ;)

Very friendly, comfortable and romantic in a beautiful setting.

Very friendly owners and super comfortable. We got upgraded to a gorgeous room with a standalone bath, which was lovely. Ideal location for a wedding we attended nearby.

Our only small issue was the skylights in the room let a lot of light in around the blinds so we were woken up super early. However this wasn’t something that would stop us visiting in future because everything else was amazing.

Location had beautiful views. Room was spacious, and well decorated & furnished. Host really welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order & was delicious.

Yoghurt and fresh fruit with breakfast would have been nice.

Homely, comfortable, friendly stay in a beautiful spot.

It was the most beautiful place to stay and Heather is the perfect hostess. Our room and the dining room were so homely and welcoming. Couldn't fault it.

Nothing! The neighbouring property has a sign up with the same name which was confusing upon arrival but that's not the fault of the correct place.

I had a lovely stay at HIGHER FARM, I enjoyed all aspects of my stay.

Wonderful, relaxed holiday. Hospitality was excellent, breakfast was fantastic, facilities were great, lovely view from the breakfast room. I really enjoyed the 3 days I spent at HIGHER FARM B&B and recommend it as a place to stay while visiting the area.

The accommodation was in a beautiful rural location, homely, spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast every morning. The hosts were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Great stay

Lovely spacious room, very comfortable Breakfast was lovely and Heather and Neil made us feel at home. Parking easy and close walking distance to pub for dinner, or short drive to other options. Short drive to P&R into Chester.

Great B&B, highly recommended

Welcoming hosts on arrival. Great spacious room in a very characterful property that has great views across Cheshire towards N Wales. Tasty full English breakfast as well. Recommended and we will stay again. There’s a good gastro pub a short walk away that has a good menu and cask ales.

Lovely stay in a stunning location

Stunning views and lovely room. Hosts were great and the breakfast was amazing too.

Cows were noisy pretty much all night (it is a farm though so we should’ve taken ear plugs!😂)

Pleasantly surprised.

Made to feel very welcome, after a long day. Beautiful views. Fab breakfast with plenty of choice. Hostess was very entertaining while we were having breakfast. Will definitely recommend.

A delightful short stay with an absolute intent to return.

The overall service was so personal and welcoming. The rooms are well designed and thought out. Very comfortable and spacious.

Brilliant property

The views were breathtaking it also has shepherds huts Neil and Heather Were the best hosts You could possibly hope for. The rooms are so comfy and warm The whole experience of staying there was brilliant and we would definitely recommend it and go back which we are planning to do
