About this house rental
Completely private and secluded, while providing easy access to all things New Mexico has to offer. We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay.
This luxury remodeled home still maintains it original adobe and outstanding city and mountain views. The grand entranceway presents a beautiful floor to ceiling water feature that was designed by Andrea Caraballo and commissioned by an award winning local artist. The upstairs living area has an open spacious floor plan allowing ample seating and entertainment options. The state of the art kitchen includes all new Viking, and Sub Zero appliances, quartz counter tops, touch-less facets, stainless steal deep sinks, three dishwashers, cooking and eating utensils, outlets with USB ports, and bar seating. The home includes 5 interior gas and kiva fireplaces and one exterior gas fireplace. Each bedroom has a private door to a patio with beautiful views and flat screen TVs. The main master suite has a built in coffee bar and mini fridge with a separate seating area including a kiva style fire place. Both master suites have a private on suite master bath and closet with the main master including a chromotherapy air jet tub and vanity. The second master bath is equipped with a chromotherapy steam shower with rainfall shower head. The large game room comes complete with beautiful barn door, seating areas, tournament style pool table, full bathroom, and plush Tempurpedic queen sized pull out couch. House also includes a wine bar with two wine/alcohol sub zero refrigerators making it great for large groups.

This was a great property with plenty of space and great decks. The view in the evening was outstanding. Close to town but far away in the mountains and cooler temps. Family loved it.

This house was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do. The view was incredible. At night the lights from the city below shown like coming in at night on a plane. On Saturday and Sunday mornings you could see the hot air balloons launching. While we did have some minor issues with the house the host was super quick in addressing them. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

6 girlfriends from high school, who are now spread out across the country get together each year. This house in Albuquerque set a new high bar for all future rendezvous. The gracious elegance of the kitchen area, open to the grand dining/ living area was perfect for our non stop conversations & cooking activities. The bedroom level provided very comfortable bedrooms, one for each of us, so that no one was compromised.
Then there was the setting! - high above the city lights of Albuquerque - gave us a new ‘painting’ through the floor-to-ceiling, wall to-wall windows every hour of every day. The photos in VRBO were extraordinary but the actual house was ever better tan expected!

The property was simply spectacular with views of the City and the mountains! We were close to the Balloon Fiesta Park and could see the balloons as they filled the sky. We were treated by deer grazing nearby. Unfortunately, we were busy with other family matters so didn't have as many opportunities to take advantage of the many amenities of the property (hot tub, outdoor games, patios etc) but the views really were the icing on the cake. BTW, the kitchen was awesome!

By far the nicest VRBO I’ve ever rented.
Beautifully and thoughtfully renovated home with everything you could possibly need.
Only problem is that you won’t want to leave this spot to see Albuquerque…it’s so relaxing and comfortable. Also close to fantastic hiking trails…don’t miss La Luz trail!

This is a great place to get away and relax. Tucked away in the Sandia foothills the neighborhood is peaceful and scenic but still easy accessible to the city. The views of Albuquerque and the valley below are worth the stay alone. The house is in near perfect condition with ample supplies in the kitchen and dining area for meals with family or groups. We only noticed a few minor areas in need of maintenance like burned out bulbs and the outdoor spaces could use a quick landscape clean up. The master suite with its own sitting area and wet bar is nicely separated from the other guest rooms all of which were very nice. Near every guest room had a walk out patio area which was unique. There is a large game room with pool table and bar area. If needing to work from home we noticed the wifi speeds seemed slow which made a few Zoom calls we had a little difficult. TVs were also a little outdated most of which didn't support streaming services. There was no direct trailhead access from the neighborhood that we found but the home is just 1 or 2 miles to several beautifully scenic trailheads including the La Luz trail leading to the peak of the Sandia mountains. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here and would definitely love to return someday!

This wonderful home, was, by far, one of the best VRBO homes our group has rented. The house has everything you might possibly need and the communication between Keely, both before and during our trip, was extremely good. On top of everything else, the views over Albuquerque were amazing and the sunsets just breathtaking! We would all highly recommend this property!

Lovely, well appointed property. However, a few things don’t work. For example, lights, and the oven except on convention. A note with more detail was left for the property manager. Despite that, highly recommended. We would use it again.

My friends and I were looking for an awesome place to stay for a group trip. The six of us fit perfect and the house was nothing short of excellent. Everything was clean, fresh, and very well maintained.
Normally I just leave star reviews on VRBO, but I wanted to shout out this place. The sunset view is as spectacular as you can get, it’s right near Sandia Golf Resort and Casino, and I could go on.

We were in town for a wedding and we had three couples and two other adults and we were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean. We also enjoyed the pool table as well as the beautiful views and outdoor spaces.

This was one of the best appointed homes we’ve rented. The view of Albuquerque and the sunsets from the porch were breathtakingly beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed with top of the line appliances. There was plenty of space for us and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Keely was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this home.

Perfect place for a friend reunion! The view from the deck is gorgeous (from each of the decks). The kitchen is well equipped and even has a specialty coffee maker! Plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing. The host was very helpful and responsive to questions!

This property exceeded our wildest expectations. It was clean, well stocked and just as described. I’ve rented many properties over the years for family vacations (primarily in North Carolina) and this was the first time I can say the property was as described (actually it was better!!!). I would highly recommend anyone visiting Albuquerque to rent this property. You will spend your time there feeling like you are royalty!!

Everything about the property is spot-on. House was super clean and so were the beds, sheets, towels etc. The kitchen has everything, and I mean everything, you would want or need. When staying at other properties, I would bring paper plates, plastic cups etc. Not here! Everything was again, super clean and no dishwasher odors.
Keely was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and true to her word. One of the best Hosts I have worked with.
I am hesitant to give too much praise because I plan on staying here, again and again and don't want competition for available dates.

We can’t say enough good things about this house. The view of the city is amazing both day and night. There are decks and patios all around. Our family of 11 came to meet up from AZ and CT. We all loved it and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if get back to the area.

We have now stayed in this house 3 times. It is stunning. The views on all sides are so wonderful. We really love all of the outdoor space. The hot tub really adds a nice touch. We call this house the castle in the mountains!

My siblings and their families gathered here with my parents for our mom's 70th birthday and it was even better than we expected! The game room was bright and inviting and provided a great space that could be "closed off" for folks who wanted to stay up late. The bunk beds in the kid's room were a huge hit with the cousins. The hot tub was heavenly, The gourmet kitchen had us all fighting over who got to cook and we were just as eager to clean up with the three dishwashers! Each bedroom was furnished beautifully and ver comfortably and the master suite was the epitome of elegance. We spent a lot of time on the wrap-around porch admiring the stunning views and even trekked up the local hiking trails into the Sandias. Every detail was taken into consideration -- even a lovely welcome basket! We'll return to Albuquerque just to stay here again!

What is not to love about this place?? It is nestled right at the foot of the Sandias with soooo much elbow room and the most beautiful interior you have seen!!! From the impeccable decor to the 30-foot aluminum water sculpture to the breathtaking views of the ABQ, this place literally has it all!!
This home is highly recommended and comes with the most amazing property management team that is beyond prompt, courteous and hospitable!

We loved our stay here and it was great if kids went to bed early (or adults!) as the bedrooms are below the main living area and quiet. All rooms have beautiful views and patios which we enjoyed. The views are to die for day AND night! The home is beautifully decorated and for a bunch of coffee people, we all thoroughly enjoyed all these amenities. Thank you so much and we would definitely stay here again (and hope to)!

This beautiful home was the perfect place for a family holiday! Fabulous views, great location and comfortable house for our extended family to meet and celebrate together. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 to gather together and yet have enough privacy. Many, many thoughtful touches throughout this gorgeous home.
