About this apartment rental
This amazing loft is located on Broadway Street, in the heart of downtown Asheville. You will literally be walking distance to all the best shopping, dining and entertainment Asheville has to offer. The Loft makes the ideal luxurious getaway for a romantic weekend or comfortable hangout for a family vacation.
The loft is located in a renovated 2 story historic building, but retains original features, like hardwood floors, doors & trim work, and high ceilings. It has been tastefully decorated with original artwork from around the world. There is a total of ***1500 square feet*** living area, with a spacious common area for living room and kitchen. Access is from the street level stairwell to the main living floor. The stairwell entrance is protected with a security camera. The main living floor consists of the large open combination living area and kitchen, with 2 private bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and separate entrances to the bathroom, and a private sink in the master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own LCD TV with cable service.
The kitchen is recently remodeled with beautiful maple cabinetry, gorgeous granite counters, high-end SS appliances, and comes fully stocked with enough cookware, dishes, and utensils to cook for a large family. There is a full bath, full size front loading washer and dryer, and plenty of storage and closet space in each bedroom. Large groups will appreciate the tank-less water heater, that will deliver continuous hot water on demand. Everyone will get a hot shower, even while running the dishwasher and a load of laundry.
The large living room has plenty of comfortable seating, with a queen size futon and a queen size sleeper sofa, and several cushioned chairs. Do note that guests using the sleeping arrangements in the living area access the bathroom through one of the bedrooms. The home theatre system consists of a 42' LCD flat screen TV with cable service. This is viewable from anywhere in the living area. This system can also wirelessly connect via bluetooth to your tablet or smartphone for streaming your personal music collection. There is also a set of outdoor speakers on the rooftop deck. WiFi internet service is also included.
Unique to this Loft is the HUGE PRIVATE rooftop deck. This is a true full size deck, not a balcony. Access by spiral staircase, with amazing views of downtown to enjoy, and plenty of people watching. There is patio furniture, a large 11 foot umbrella and an electric grill for pleasant summer night cookouts.
Dedicated off-street parking for up to 2 cars is inclusive. The parking lot is located on the back of the building on Carolina Lane.

This was a really great spot. The location was so close to great shops, restaurants, and bars. The available parking was tight but we were glad to have a dedicated spot. The actual loft was really cool. I loved the style. The furniture was comfy. The guest bedroom is a bit bleak without a window, but it was fine since we hung out in the common area or awesome rooftop patio. The music system was such a nice amenity. It was evident that the owner really cares for this place. The only downside - the patio chairs were mostly broken or didn't have cushions. As we were checking out we realized there was a key that likely opened a closet with seat cushions. Dang! We'll have to use that next time. 10/10.

Awesome location! We were able to park the car and not move it for the rest of the weekend. Most any downtown location was walkable. The loft was really cute--fun, quirky decor, updated kitchen w/ nice appliances, the bed was comfy, and honestly we didn't find anything we didn't like. Owner was very responsive to questions and graciously allowed us an early check-in which made the day even better. We love Asheville, and we'll definitely book again.

Dennis is accommodating & quick with responses. The Loft is comfortable & had everything we needed.

Perfect location in downtown Asheville! Loft is so lovely and clean. Itâs one of the best stocked places we have rented. Itâs dog friendly. We loved drinking our coffee on the rooftop patio in the mornings and wine in the early evenings. We explored all of downtown. Ate so much delicious food. Went tubing one afternoon and hiking to 3 waterfalls another (Hooker, Triple and High Falls only 50 minute easy drive). We will definitely recommend and will be back!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this charming downtown Asheville Vrbo! The location is perfect â we didn't need our car at all, as everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance. We loved how close we were to all the shopping, eateries, and Rowan Coffee (amazing!).
The home itself is spacious and whimsically decorated, setting a delightful vibe for our trip. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay, and the property had all the amenities we needed.
Communication with the host was prompt and the instructions provided were clear and helpful. For grocery essentials, like milk and eggs, Sparky's Bardega is just a 2-minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Asheville!

Everything went as planned. We loved this place and itâs in the heart of the city. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We spent a long weekend at this loft. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by the space -- if anything the pictures undersell it. It is larger than it appears in the pictures and the high ceiling make it feel even bigger. The roof space is also much larger than we expected. The location could not be more central, we walked everywhere easily.

Really loved location. Apartment had everything you would need. Beds are little small.

We enjoyed staying in the urban center of Asheville.
Walked miles around the city, did not use the car all weekend. Shops, restaurants, breweries, and other activities all within a few miles. Walked to Rabbit Rabbit for a Saturday night concert, great to not deal with parking. The loft was comfy and pleasantly decorated. The roof deck is a nice feature if the weather is cooperative.

The property was awesome. Great location, cool decor, and an even cooler patio on the roof! Parking was easy and everything downtown Asheville has to offer was right out the front door.

The location couldnât be better! Dog friendly property with character. Fun art and cool rooftop deck area.
It was fine for us but others may want to be aware that the bathroom is only accessible through the two bathrooms but not from the shared living space.
Restaurants, coffee, shopping all a stones throw away. Whole Foods is walkable.
We will stay again in the future!

This is a super cool place with a location that can't be beat for exploring Asheville! Parking is handy, though it's around the block. But you won't need your car since you can walk to everything -- shops, galleries, coffee, breweries, attractions and services galore. We were in town for Thanksgiving, but the people who were hosting tested positive for COVID, so we had to make alternative plans. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter and the local food co-op were all walkable for groceries and a pharmacy was only a couple of blocks away for home tests. The apartment was well stocked enough for us to prepare our own little feast! Instructions throughout the apartment made it easy to make the most of the entertainment system and utilities. The only inconvenience was a mis-typed door access code in the listing that required us to contact the host Dennis, who was super-responsive and gave us the correct code. Would definitely stay here again for the convenience, decor, funky vibe, amenities and cleanliness.

This condo was just as described. The location was great, with plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance. Everything was clean, master bed was comfortable, and we felt safe.
A couple notes for future guests:
The parking spot was difficult to find. A picture would have been helpful to know what to look for.
This may not be a good place if you're looking for peace and quiet. We often heard music from the gift shop downstairs (we didn't mind too much - they have good taste). One night there was an outdoor wedding reception behind the condo so we heard the DJ and people singing along until about 11pm.

Canât beat the location and ease of this property. Although itâs not the most up to date rental, it is clean and will do the job. The parking is very easy given it is so close to downtown, and the rooftop is an amazing spot! If youâre looking to stay right down town, walkable to everything without the price of an expensive hotel, this is the place. Worth noting there are steep stairs to the entrance as it is a second floor unit!

Loved being able to easily walk everywhere downtown. The loft was really cool. Only negatives was no shower toiletries were available, and the shower curtain was moldy. Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to everything in the downtown area. It was a quiet and safe area. Close to coffee/breweries/restaurants/shops.

Homeless outside our door was sad. Close to stores and restaurants. Noisy outside at night

We chose this property for it's fabulous location right in the heart of downtown Asheville. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops and breweries. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of this property...lots of living space and a large master bedroom. The rooftop deck was very unique and fun. The property was immaculately clean throughout. Mattresses are ready for replacement, but no big complaints...we weren't there to sleep much. Parking was tight but free spots for two cars was such a bonus. We would definitely recommend this property in the perfect location.

Great location in the center of it all, but with that comes the noise of a city (traffic, emergency vehicles, people partying late at night). Includes parking but it is VERY tight (spots are so narrow, we could not back in & out until we asked someone to move -ended up parking in a deck around the corner because it was impossible to unload and try to maneuver without someone else potentially hitting me). Rental was clean. Needs updated towels and furniture desperately. Window in big bedroom letâs in a lot of noise. If you donât mind city noise not a bad spot but wouldnât stay here again. (Nothing owner can really control, but I was surprised that no other reviews talked about it.)

Came to Asheville for a girl's weekend and this was the perfect spot. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck in the mornings and evenings and being a short walk away from most of the places we wanted to go. We would definitely rent this loft again!

What a perfect spot right downtown. The only issue I had was the furnishings. Things are looking pretty rough at this point. The rooftop deck was pretty but the furniture was also in need of some updating. We had a good time and the place definitely has charm.

Girls trip for three- each had our own bed (one was pullout). Comfortable beds, well appointed space. Jack and Jill bathroom that could only be accessed through one of the bedrooms. Great rooftop deck that had nice views of the city. The pictures online donât do the space justice. Right above cute shops and restaurants- Dennis the owner was quick to return messages. Love this space and hope to return someday!

We had a great stay. We had planned a downtown weekend, and once we arrived at the property, we never had to move our cars--everywhere was walkable. The property was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. (Rooftop deck a great bonus, although it was too cold outside to enjoy it.) I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Asheville.
PS Great coffee shop just across the street.
