Exceptional

Lovely place with a great location - with kids we really enjoyed calmer residential area with park and playground nearby, close vaporetto station and nice restaurants in a area (without the crowds). The place itself was really well equipped (we misses nothing during our stay), the garden is a nice benefit and we would definitely come back again.

Best location in Venice for families and pets!

We loved this property so much we extended our stay twice! The location is absolutely wonderful for a family, and/or anyone with pets. The large park and play area were a big hit for our youngest two boys, who spent several hours a day exploring at the park. The water bus just a few steps away was fantastic for getting around, but we also loved the walk along the water. It’s a great way to get in some exercise after eating all of the wonderful food Venice has to offer! Other things we loved about the property were the large, comfortable rooms with plenty of seating for everyone, the well-equipped kitchen, and a printer!! We do online schooling and I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful it was to have a laser printer available for our use!! The WiFi was exceptional as well. with four kids doing schoolwork and two adults utilizing the WiFi for our digital office we never experienced drag or downtimes. Great stay!

My only recommendation is to upgrade the pillows. It’s a small thing but it makes a big difference in a great night of sleep.

Stay at Laguna blu

The rooms were big in size and everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is provided as mentioned in the description.

Great place close to the Giardini della Bienale

It is in a residential area very close to the (side)entrance of the Giardini della Bienale

It is a very nice place, but it would even be better if the toilet was apart from the bathroom.

A wonderful appartment outside of the flood of tourists in Venice, yet not far from the center.

It is a wonderful appartment at the seashore outside of the flood of tourists in Venice, yet only 2-3 Vaporetto stations from the center. One can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the town, and spend the evening in a completely quiet park area with a few residents, small shops and local restaurants. The owner has a taste for those small things which make life comfortable, so we really enjoyed the three nights we spent here. One feels at home, everything you need is prepared for you. The appartment is large and well-equipped, also with kitchen. The place is ideal for couples, but big enough even for small groups of friends or families. We have been here late october, but the weather still allowed us to enjoy our breakfest in the beautiful traditional style quad with a small mediterran garden.

Excellent communication and property in the green park zone of Venice

Communication with Franco was above all expectations. The property was excellent in all aspects, and, again, above all, we loved the location - it was very nice to spend mornings and evenings in the green park zone

Simply fantastic

Great location, away from tourist-busy Venice and yet close to city center (20min walk from San Marco) or 10min with boat. Sant Elena boat stop is 50m in front of house (tip : get a time-limited VeneziaUnica pass). Well furnished house, pleasant garden (and the park is great). Two great restaurants a few meters away (gina vecia and osteria da pampo). Extremely relaxing neighbourhood after a day in the center, mainly venezians, not many tourists. Amazing quality/price for Venice. Exceeded our expectations in every way.

We enjoyed our time there and would come back to the same place on another trip.

The location is wonderful - green and peaceful, but in easy walking distance to the centre of Venice. The local bar and restaurant are excellent.
