This fully furnished condo is located in the heart of town in the historic Story & Clark Piano Factory. A large one bedroom, it features high exposed ceilings and windows, original beams, wooden floors and fully equipped kitchen with movable island. Unique, spacious floor plan with large bathroom, separate Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. You will enjoy the balcony with gas grill and bistro dining.

The boardwalk is located directly in front of the building with access to boutiques, marina, restaurants, pier, and the beaches. The trolley leaves right from Chinook Pier to the beach if you don't want to walk or ride a bike. The Harbor front Condos are connected by a covered walkway to restaurants and shops with many more all within a few minutes walk.

Fishing charters, sailboat cruises and miles of bike trails are at your doorstep and one of Michigan's premier beaches is minutes away. You can watch the musical fountain from the roof top deck or simply cross the street to the channel park. The Farmers market is a 3 minute walk for your fresh flowers and produce.

We had a great time staying in the middle of the action during the Coast Guard Festival in Grand Haven. I grew up here and knew the town was going to be crazy from all the tourists. We were expecting the carnival to be really noisy, but we didn't hear a thing. We did hear the parties and bands that were playing at the VFW and Eagles down the street, but they stopped at 12:30 as advertised. We didn't mind as we stay up late anyway, plus we were catching up on the highlights of the Olympics. The condo was very nice and works well for two people. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Enjoyed waking up late to a peaceful little town. Like the large shower and good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The balcony is very nice but faces First Street, not the water, still very nice. The rooftop deck gives you a nice view of the water. Lots of people on the roof deck enjoying the fireworks & drone display. Parking was wonderful & easily accessible to the building. If I had to give one complaint, it would be the coffee pot. They have a Keurg, which is fine for most, but my husband prefers an old style coffee pot so that he can get really strong coffee. If a simple pot could be provided this would make it top on our list! We totally enjoyed the town, went to Anna's for breakfast, enjoyed Cinnamon Bread at Harvest, went to Tip A Few for the FIRST time, walked the boardwalk and the pier, walked to the parade and art fair. Wonderful time!! 5 stars.

My wife and I had a really nice week in GH. We started every day with a walk down the pier followed by times visiting with friends, walking to restaurants, drinking coffee on main street, and shopping at the farmers market.

Prime location with the opportunity to experience all of downtown GH & what it has to offer within walking distance. Lovely condo with a chic & comfortable setting. Clean & fully equipped to handle your needs during your stay. Definitely worth a return visit. Host made checking in & checking out easy and seamless. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Had a wonderful week in Grand Haven staying at this very special location. My host was amazing. She communicated well and allowed for me to cone early. Her place was spotless and appointed with all of the wonderful amenities. I would without hesitation come back. I felt safe and was able to walk to the pier and the beach. Did some hiking in the area based on her recommendations thank you for your kindness and generosity. All the best to you and yours.

The listing is as described and wonderful! Attention to detail is shown in the overall aesthetics, provided amenities, and well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect - close enough to walk to many shops, restaurants, activities, and boardwalk. Lovely water views from the rooftop. Easy to communicate with the host and appreciated the breakfast suggestion! Overall great stay and would book again!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The condo was perfect. It is in a great location. Close to the downtown shopping and restaurants. The harbor is right across the street and is great for a walk anytime of day. The condo itself is perfect for two. It was very clean and comfortable. Jeannine was a very good host. Great communication. She made checking in and out easy and was quick to respond.

My wife and I decided to spend her birthday weekend in Grand Haven this year. It was our first time back since we were married there in 2015. This apartment was perfect for what we wanted. It was clean and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. The best part was it was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops downtown. Much closer than most any hotels in the area. We were even able to see a large freighter come through the channel right across the street. I definitely recommend booking this apartment. I know it will be the top of our list the next time we want to spend a few days away in Grand Haven.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. The owner was delightful and so accommodating. The unit is clean, fully stocked and very comfortable - lots of attention to detail. The building is a charming refurbished piano factory that connects over the street to another building with 2 restaurants, a wine tasting, a spa - very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Grand Haven. Thanks for a great weekend!

This is a great spot! The location is perfect - close to restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a real highlight.

Cute condo!! We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay! It was great being in the downtown area to walk to restaurants & coffee shops. It was great being close to the water front - such a pretty area! Would be amazing to stay here in the summer too!

The condo is centrally located with all the amenities that we needed. Well stocked, clean and pristine. The soaker (jet tub), helped to relax before retreating to the comfy bed. Jeannine was quite helpful and so accommodating! Perfect spot, that we will definitely come back to! The cold rainy weather did not stop us from enjoying our time here. Thank you!

The location of the Harbor Front condo was perfect. We could walk to boardwalk in the mornings and walk to restaurants and breweries in the evenings. The Grand Haven State Park beach was easy to get to. The condo was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with Jeannine with excellent.

We have always wanted to see the condos at the piano factory and this one did not disappoint. Love the exposed architecture but also the modern needs. No problems with parking even though it is a very bustling town. Always felt safe and secure with the fob access to the building. I just wish it was a king size bed instead of a hot tub taking up the room. We were so lucky to find this gem!!!!

This condo was perfectly located for our Grand Haven stay. Easy to walk to many restaurants and ice cream venues! We enjoyed walking across the street to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor. Live music and a fountain show were also just across the street. The condo itself was clean, cozy and nicely decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Check in and check out were easy.

Nice place. We had a good time. Could use a luggage cart and nightlight. Not much natural light in there. We found it tricky to locate since it was on the back side of the building with no numbered parking spot.

We loved this condo. It is perfect as far as everything goes. The owner is very easy to work with and even gave us ideas of things to do and where to eat. Super clean, kitchen well stocked, bed very comfortable. The tub was a nice addition to the room and was in perfect placement. It is so big two adults can fit easily and was nice to soak in after a day filled with walking. I love that we were so close to everything and really didn't need our car at all. We're already are planning to come back and stay there again.
