Wonderful for 6 friends to gather. We hiked everyday and yes trails right out our door. Fantastic view, fun watching quail right outside kitchen window.

It's a beautiful place with everything that a group could need. Place was clean, spacious and host was very responsive.
Kitchen was well stocked and there was a perfectly seasoned cast-iron pan that made perfect eggs and hamburgers.
We would happily recommend

Beautiful home with an amazing view!
The Tree House was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my friends. Tons of room in the house and it was super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. I will definitely be back for a longer stay!
The views of the Bay from the kitchen window were stunning, and the hiking trails start literally right behind the house! It was everything we could've asked for;.

Fantastic stay
We loved our time at the treehouse and really appreciated how responsive the management team was - the toaster was broken and they were able to bring us a new one very quickly given how remote the location is. We would love to visit this special place again!

Amazing in every possible way
More than we expected. The location, the actual house, the kitchen, the bookshelves full of great titles... we were so happy with our luck at finding this house. Exceptional.

Beautiful and peaceful
The treehouse has the most amazing views of the bays. The cell service is spotty as mentioned, the internet worked great, the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet place! We would definitely stay again if we are back in Pt. Reyes!

Outstanding house
Superb location, views of both, Pacific and Tomales bay, adjacent to one of the best trails at Point Reyes, Inverness Park deli around the corner to pick up sandwiches for the next hike. Excellent spacial distribution of the kitchen (open design) and living room, very well equipped, great reading material, super quiet. In short, perfect for a long weekend or week with friends/family. Highly recommended!

Wonderful property!
We had a great time at the Treehouse! The drive up was a bit steep but roads are well marked. The property itself was clean and kitchen very well stocked. The views are incomparable and the hiking trails were right outside the gate. Would love to come back in the future!

Clean, well stocked and nice setup
Since the property sits on the very top of a hill, the view is amazing but also makes the last 10 min drive up at night in the rain a little scary. Once you get to the house, you just don’t want to leave! The rooms are on the ground floor and large open kitchen, family/living room are upstairs making it an ideal space for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of condiments, teas and all kinds of appliances; plenty of towels, blankets and beddings in the closet as well.

Beautiful house, clean, spacious and comfortable
Very clean, comfortable, plenty of space, beautiful views, great location, comfortable bedrooms. Six adults stayed there. Plenty of open space, seating. Great amenities. Our family really enjoyed the piano. Several of us played it. Would definitely return.

Great Place for a Family or Friends
My husband, two babies and I really enjoyed our time at the Tree House. It is a great home that is very kid friendly with a great kitchen that is very well equipped for making just about anything. Loved the open connection of the living room and kitchen of the second floor surrounded by beautiful windows and views. Hiking trails are a stones throw from the house. Hawks perch in the surrounding trees. Would definitely rent this place again. A great value for all that it provides!

Perfect house in remote, scenic location
This is probably the nicest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. The house is perfect. The location is astounding. The property is beautiful. The views are wonderful.
This is obviously a much-loved home for a family. It’s well taken care of, and the house is filled with books and mementos. It’s a very comfortable place to hang out. They have nice belongings, and a couple rules to follow about stuff. If I had a really high-spirited little kid, I might pick another place.
The property was landscaped by a very thoughtful person. Really beautiful flora. I enjoyed watching the bees come attend the plants. Lots of other critters visit the property. This is a great place for nature lovers of all stripes.
The house is all of ten paces from a stunning national park, one of whose trails runs right along the driveway. This isn’t to suggest that you’ll see many people, the property is quite remote. We saw only two hikers, one of whom was a neighbor.
The trail by the house leads to a beautiful hilltop about one (hilly, switch-backed) hour away by foot. I set off on that trail in the fog, and by the time I got to the trailhead, the fog had burned off and I enjoyed a breathtaking view for miles in every direction. Wow!
Point Reyes National Seashore is a stunning park. Wonderful views, drives and hikes. We saw elephant seals and elk. Sat on a remote, miles-long beach and watched the surf pound.
The property manager did a great job. Great documentation, no-hassle access to property. The property manager claims no cell service, but ours worked great, and Waze navigated us to the property easily. It is a bit remote. Buy all of the stuff you need before you go. Kitchen is well-appointed. Surprisingly great internet speeds.
Bring gnat spray. They’re not everywhere, but where they are, they’re for sure there.
Beautiful place. Don’t miss it! It’s pretty special.

Gorgeous and Serene
This review is actually for the Eco Refuge in Inverness, as my reservation for the Tree House needed to be canceled due to unforeseen maintenance issues. The Eco Refuge is a really special property - homey and comfortable, with very unique architecture and beautiful grounds. It was the perfect place for my girlfriends and I to get away for the weekend. The surrounding area is picturesque, close to hiking and all other Pt. Reyes activities. The owner and architect, Sim, was very kind and a great host. It made the weekend so special! Thank you Sim!

Beautiful property. Wonderful stay!
No expense was spared in the building of this house. Every room is beautifully appointed, and the views from every window carefully framed. What a magical place. Thank you for sharing!

Comfort on top of the world
The road up is quite a journey, but once you are there, wow. We used the house for a family gathering of 6 adults and one infant. There was plenty of bedroom space, though only one large common room with a kitchen space--so if you weren't in your room you were around everyone else.
The siting is spectacular, with amazing inland views across Tomales Bay from the front yard, and ocean views a short walk away. We took two hikes on the national seashore's trail system, which has a trailhead (and small parking area) just steps from the house.
The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was in great shape, and generally comfortable and cozy. We appreciated that the property manager arranged a late check out our last day. Would highly recommend!

The Treehouse in October
We just spent 2 wonderful nights in this house.
Everything about it was heavenly for our group of 7.
The house floats up high above the land in the clouds.
It was comfortable, warm and spacious.
The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of great books to read on a foggy day.
There are great trails right outside the door.
Everyone in our group had a great time and we truly felt lucky to be there.
Thank you to the owners of this house!

Treehouse towers above them all
this spectacular 4BR home was perfect for our family of 8 and particularly well suited for the 2 babies in the group. the spaciousness, views, well equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms and rustic lodge feeling were terrific. we've never rented a better vacation home. and Aaron who managed the property was helpful and invaluable.

Beautiful and well-loved
My large group of friends stayed at the Tree House over a weekend in April. The house is beautiful, almost as if from a movie, sitting at the top of the ridge. It's filled with evidence of being well-cared for and lived in. The kitchen has every appliance you can imagine (though it's big, so we had to search for some things), and storage areas are filled with kid's toys and family activities. We even found kayaks, paddles, and life jackets in the downstairs area! Even though we were by no means a family group (just some adults, singles and couples), we loved the house as the perfect getaway from the busy, crowded city.
We didn't meet Aaron during our trip, but all of his instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was very responsive to emails I sent him.
