The stay in this apartment made the trip to Sofia perfect!

The Apartment is perfectly situated in the absolute city center and ist in a very quite street and Peter the father of Dimitar gave us the keys and explained everything in the apartment that was fantastic with nice furnitures. We had a wonderful stay and will come back.

A specious apartment at a great location

The apartment is perfectly located if you want to explore the center of Sofia! The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and it was pleasant that there were available soap and shower products!

The location, although perfect is hard for those who have a car - parking spaces on the street are available for 2 hours only, small private parkings were full when we were there. For the apartment I could recommend to have a set of flat pillows suitable for kids.

Fantastic apartment and location!

Great location in central Sofia, easy to walk to everything. Apartment is huge and well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful.

Exceptional!

Everything was wonderful. We visited Sofia for one week with two boys 5 and 3 years old. The kids felt very comfortable in the apartment.The location of the apartment is very quiet although its in the city center. The apartment has all that needed for a family stay, all house appliances and very good air conditioning. Peter and his son helped us a lot with luggage on our check in and check out. Thank you again!

Perfect Location & Perfect Host!

Mr. Peter was a great host and the location of the house was perfect! The house was really very large and you can find anything that you need during your stay. We liked it very much and we will book it if we go to Sofia again.

There was nothing that we did not like. I have some problems on my back and neck (hernia). Beds could have been harder than it was. But, it is not a big deal, everything was very well.

We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was perfect. It was cozy, clean and central located. Also we found a Christmas tree and some Christmas lights, such a nice surprise. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind and he gave us all the useful information. Also Wi-Fi was really fast and there was hot water at any time.

For sure is my first choise when I will be back to Sofia!!!

it’s an old building, but everything inside was refurbished as the photos. Is very close to main walk street with many shops, cafe, restaurants. Also metro is just 1 minute from flat and you can use it to go in long distances.Flat is very warm and we had to close splits units at night so we can sleep ( perfect temperature)!!

there was no trash bin in bathroom, TV was small ( for the place that was large is needed bigger tv), there should be also a TV in main bedroom( we had to go for early sleep because children wanted to sleep on sofa every night), there could be some more choices of coffee to make( it’s not too expensive but is very comfort in order you dont look for supermarket.

We were a couple and 4 children. The place is in the center of the city. The metro is very close. Peter, the owner of the place, welcomed us very nicely. The apartment is very large and everything is included. Thank you man for everything

Perfect place! We are big family of 7 people, it was very comfortable, big beautiful apartment, very clean,you have everything you need from the facilities. Great location, you can park in the street. And owners are extremely polite and helpful. Don't think any more.

Exceptional

The apartment is in the central area, close to the palace of culture and the city centre. It was clean and practical. A lot of space,light, fully equipped wiith everything you might need. Peter lives in the building, he was there to help us, he speaks good english, otherwise he didn't bother us at all.

Just the ticket for an excellent stay in Sofia

The co-hosts were extremely friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We were met at the property and shown around. They helped us organise our taxi for our departure to the airport and were there to say goodbye and safe journey. The apartment was large, clean and we loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed for our visit along with jars of tea, coffee and sugar. The bathroom had hair and body wash and a hairdryer. There was plenty of storage space for our clothes in the 2 large bedrooms and the living area had excellent WiFi along with lots of helpful information about the surrounding area. It was so close to the main pedestrian area where there were lots of cafes and restaurants. Couldn't fault it.

highly recommended!! great for families!!!

very spacious and brights rooms! the kitchen was very clean n modern! with 4 children of ages 4,7,9,14 we were very comfortable! Netflix was a plus for our kids!! the location was walking distance to the areas we needed and easy access! the host was very kind and helped us with our requests!! keep in-mind as stated on the booking there is no lift but it’s just 1 floor and we didn’t mind. overall it was a lovely Apartment! definitely would b staying here again:)

Nice and cozy
