Had lovely stay and staff where really friendly

Perfect location. The breakfast was really great and I loved that you can make a drink when you want. That's cool. There was a young lady on shift in the evening who was so lovely and supportive with an issue I had. She was really great.
The bed had really odd small square pillows that were uncomfortable. They also told me on the phone that there was parking and upon arrival they told me there's no parking on the weekend. I was already running late for my event due to heavy traffic so I was really unimpressed with this. There is road parking but it means driving around to find a spot and you have to be up and out early. Fine if you're staying for work, but if you want a lie-in at the weekend, which is nice when staying away, don't stay here. When I tried to talk about a series of issues I had upon leaving, the girl working that morning was rude and dismissive and there wasn't even an apology in site. It may as well have been a machine. She was just awful.

Area was not the best but location for what I needed was good

L'albergo è in una zona periferica ma bel collegata con il centro di Londra. Disponibile un parco nelle vicinanze e molti servizi di ristorazione.
Colazione molto fornita.
Condizioni accettabili.

The location is very good and the decor is well right out and packed with character. Comfortable bed and quiet room.
The shower was very basic, with fittings damaged and low water pressure. For the price paid for a night, this was disappointing and let down the rest of the accommodation.

Has a nice old christian monastery kind of vibes due to its interiors and decorations. Close to bus stops and local supermarkets and eateries. Overall value for money!
The street is very busy and is noisy even late at night due to several bars in the vicinity as well as heavy vehicle traffic. (Honking, sirens etc)

The room and bed were comfortable. Proximity to the bus stop was good.
The elderly couple next door created ruckus in the middle of the night after getting themselves locked out. They knocked, not knocked literally banged on my door. I tried to help them by calling the emergency . The manager was very helpful and sent someone to help the neighbors but during all this while, the lady stormed in my room to use the toilet when I was down at the reception. And while leaving my room she banged the door so hard it broke the lock and now I was in fix as I wasn't comfortable sleeping with a broken lock. The manager now helped me by giving another temporary room for the night but this whole episode was not so nice

The location is good for me because I was visiting family in Camberwell. The hotel is quirky in a good way. It is decorated in an Iberian style. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and there is tea and coffee in the club room 24/7. I did not have the breakfast but it looked good. A number of buses regularly go to Vauxhall from where you can take the underground or a bus to almost anywhere in London - its a 15 minute ride depending on the traffic. There are lots of eating and drinking places around the hotel.
Not much to dislike. There is no lift so if you have lots of luggage take it easy. The hotel is a combination of buildings and so is a bit of a rabbit warren - so you can get a little lost. If the weather is hot take the airconditioned rooms.

The shower room was decorated in portuguese style which I loved it. The size of the room was perfect for two people. I travelled with my sister and she was impressed by beautiful colours around.

just love the relaxed feel about the property, lovely staff - great facilities. 👌🏻
we stayed in Room 5 and there was a horrible smell (knowing London - it was probably a dead Rat in between walls or something)

it was clean and the bed comfortable and a good location for my visit
they take a £50 when you check in which is unusual in a hotel , usually they just take your card details in the event of any additional costs you need to pay , air con wasn’t working in the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Willing to set up taxi service, etc. The area is a busy, bustling, multicultural urban setting with MANY great restaurants/pubs within walking distance. Easy to get Ubers and/or taxis.
The booking.com site for this property needs to be updated. We chose this because it said it had a restaurant and bar. It actually offers a continental breakfast(at a cost) and an honesty bar that is self serve, then you write down what you had in a ledger and the cost of the drinks are added to your final bill. Not an actual bar/restaurant. The beds were a bit firm for my liking. The bedroom also had some mold on the walls by the bed's headboard.

Great breakfast, comfy rooms
No lift, so if you have lots of bags or anything bulky it is a bit tricky. Also provided a travel cot for our stay but no bedding which was a challenge.

friendly and helpful
very noisy rooms, dated the shower didn’t work, no kettle in the room, the £50.00 deposit on arrival. the air conditioning was noisy at the back of the property and when moved to the front the traffic noise was horrendous on the main road.

Location. Nice hotel for the price
Did not like the red bedroom walls. As an interior designer, red in a bedroom is a no no.

The reception staff both at the time of check in and check out. They were friendly and very helpful. At one point in my stay there was an issue with the lights. The receptionist was immediately in contact, explained what was being done and apologised for any inconvenience. The matter was resolved in a reasonable time. It was the manner in which this incident was handled that is memorable. It demonstrated a level of care and attention that is commendable. The hotel is decorated in a unique way which is endearing.
The ensuite could not have been smaller. I am not a large person so was able to navigate around the shower. However I imagine a larger person would find it difficult. There is no lift and it is a converted residential property so the staircase is not particularly wide. Large size luggage is not recommended.
