Location was great for access to the surrounding area. Good breakfast, plenty of choice.

The staff were a little inappropriate later in the bar area. They were drinking and staffing issues (a member of staff was openly unhappy about being demoted) were discussed openly in the bar area.

The service was friendly and impeccable, the location totally matched our needs, the food was better than expected.
It was odd that only one knife was provided at breakfast. The table was unite small, too. Somewhere to sit and relax comfortably outside would be great in good weather.

I was instantly met with a very warm welcome by Dawn on reception. Bar staff were just as polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is breath-taking and I strongly recommend a walk up to British Camp.
This hotel offers exceptional value for money in a premium spot.
I can't think of anything at all as the stay was brief yet very pleasant.

Nothing comes to mind.

Excellent location for walking in the Malverns
Multiple dining spaces allowed for chilled post-walk refreshments in the outside space, an informal drink or some comfort food in the bar area, a fantastic full English breakfast in the morning room or a special evening meal in the more formal setting of the Vue restaurant. We made sure to make the most of all of these!

Great location for walking with a nice spacious room, lovely breakfast too.

Dinner was very good, but dessert (pannacotta) was bad, breakfast was ok, service not great.
Had to move rooms as when arrived it was very cold, then afterwards there was a smell, due to a leaking radiator.
Ground floor bar and restaurant was very nice but the hotel part felt dated.
4.5
Stylish and warm with a real family feel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, warm and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were lovely and in particular Joe who didn't miss a beat when we arrived late to check in (he was in the middle of serving a full restaurant) Joe was back on hand to take our order and serve breakfast with the same polite enthusiasm he showed the evening before.
Nothing at all.
