Excellent location, comfortable stay.

Super location near the train station. Easy walk to the Tourist Office and to the main part of town. Very nice property.

An excellent hotel for those travelling to and from Aix-en-Provence

Fantastic location for travellers. We arrived from.the Alps and the train station was less than 5 mins away. Although we arrived after 21.30 pm, restaurants were less than 5 minutes away. This morning it took us less than 3 minutes walk to get to the coach station..perfect! Lovely, helpful staff . Very clean room and comfortable bed.

Not worth a 4 stars Coffee out of a machine like at the cantine is a no way....Bedding fantastic...too hot .....

Friendly hotel, good location, parking difficult to find!

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Location was close to the main centre of town.

Access / signage to parking was not at all clear!

nice place, centrally located but beware potential difficulty getting into parking lot without help if a reliable GOS.

very difficult to maneuver the one way streets to access free parking, my GPS thinking two way access . I spent 40 minutes trying before I parked in a nearby paid garage.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center. Bus and train access within a few feet. As was the Tourism Center. A 20 to 30 minute walk could get you to the opposite side of town. Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. All spoke English. The daily breakfast was more than adequate and recommended to start the day. Parking was plentiful although not guaranteed. Still, had no issues each day we were there finding a space.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. As was the bathroom. Made navigating comfortably with bags difficult. Our room also faced the train track so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Wonderful

Amazing - staff were so friendly. The room was clean and tidy with a lovely sized bathroom and comfy beds. Located about a five minute walk from the city centre and opposite a Spar supermarket.

Found it unusual that they wanted you to give them your room key every time you left the hotel - understood the need for it to be kept safe but felt capable of looking after it ourselves.

Location is fantastic. Parking is OK.

Room is small and it is difficult to sit in the chair at the desk as bed is a blocking point. Wifi is terrible, hard to connect and does not work properly
