Very nice location. Very friendly staff.
The rate for our room was highly overpriced. The chalet was old and in its years. No special extras for the „Exclusive Chalet“ we were supposed to received. The bathroom is really old, Maintenance needs to be done.
The food is less than average. I ordered a vegetarian meal via email request and it was forgotten. The Chef Cook made a very nice plan B - the dinner buffet is not really a surprise. The breakfast buffet was really very simple and it was not filled up again after certain things were empty (cheese, cold meat, tomatoes, etc…)

Beautiful location, received an upgrade for a cabin on the dunes, fantastic view from the balcony (for sunset or to watch animals), comfortable bed (although no kingsize mattress), fridge and air conditioning in the room, delicious food for dinner, very nice dining space with open fire, friendly and helpful staff! I will be back!
Bathtub too small even for one person, water doesn't get really hot...

We had i chalet with a pool it is very nice with a beautiful view. Food was very good, staff was nice and friendly. i did a combination game drive and i like it very much so i can recommend:)
i had a drone and ask if i can fly for a moment they said no, which I understand completely, but next morning someone else was flying with a drone and they come to check me three times even when i said its not me so that was kind of uncomfortable, otherwise i liked everything.

Our stay at Kalahari Game Ranch was fantastic. The resort offer good environment where you "enjoy" the company of domestic animals as well as the surrounding wildlife. There are several guided tours on offer giving you the opportunity to explore the surrounding Kalahari desert. The highlight of our stay was the morning walk with the bushmen where we could get a glimpse into the traditional life that enabled them to survive in the Kalahari.

Quiet location and relaxing. Good breakfast. Nice horse ride.
Dinner menu limited with buffet for main course.
The number of game to view is on the low side making the drives not very interesting.
Staff at reception could be more obliging.

If I had one lodge to recommend in Namibia, it would be Bagatelle. One word: perfection !
Big up to Ziggy !

Bagatelle is a fantastic place to enjoy the Kalahari. Our room at the new farmhouse was very large, had lovely decor, all the amenities you would expect and views to the salt pan beyond. Dinner was prepared to a very high standard and served just after we watched a spectacular sunset from our deck.
The staff at Bagatelle could not have been more helpful and made our very short stay memorable. I deeply regret that we could not have stayed longer.

The location is beautiful but it’s really overpriced for what it is.

very nice lodge in the Kalahari desert. Nice Staff and very good dinners. The scenic drive and the cheetah feeding were very interesting. The sundowner is more about the drinks than the sunset but still funny. The pool is nice for cooling down. The huts are comfy although the furniture is a little old.
nothing.

We saw a lot of Lodges in Namibia and this one was really perfect. The staff isn’t like other staff we met. We felt like Home. Really professional and high quality

Interesting and familiar lodge that is led by a family with lots of employees. Very good breakfast and food in general and the lodge is located in a very beatiful environment with a variety of different animals to see such as all kinds of antilopes, rhinos, giraffes, Oryx, Gnus, Austriches and many other animals. The lodge is located in the middle of the natural reserve so it happens often that on the way to your lodge, you see an oryx or an antilope on the streets - make sure to bring a flashlight ;) I was even able to caress an oryx that was eating grass in the pure wilderness. Amazing experience with very friendly personnell and an adventurous touring program. Make sure to book the cheetah feeding tour and the sundowner tour with an amazing view over the whole reserve! I also recommend the massages, which are not too costly and very relaxing!
There is honestly nothing that comes to my mind. I recommend this lodge to anyone coming from Windhoek looking for the first experience of Namibian Safari - enjoy!
