Pleasant and very comfortable.

It was very accessible by public transport. Staff was nice and helpful.

There was no wardrobe in my room, only a rail in an alcove, above a chest of drawers. This only accommodated space for tops and trousers, not my long coat and dress. The view wasn't the best.

Nice, clean room at a good price.

The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was lovely. Nice and quiet at night and good blackout curtains. It was lovely waking up to the birds singing in the morning. Checkout was at 10.30 which was great. Location is good, walking distance from the station and there are nearby pubs, a fish and chip shop, pizzeria and American-style diner.

The bed was a bit soft for me, but that's a personal preference. The floor of the shower was very slippery and would benefit from a shower mat.

WE HAD A VERY ENJOYABLE STAY

LOCATION GREAT FOR THE VENUE WE WENT TO. FISH AND CHIP SHOP WAS VERY NICE, AND CLOSE BY TOO !SHOPS AND PUBS V CLOSE .PARKING HANDY. BASIC COMFY ROOM

clean and tidy, good vaule but the standard of your stay may depend on the behaviour of others guest.

property was clean and tidy, nice welcome from the owners.

unfortunately the other guests were rather loud which you could hear through the walls. I believe they may have been sharing two rooms and were constantly going from room to room.

Nice looking room but disappointing overall

The location was ideal for us and the host pleasant.

There was no hot water at all the first morning and a limited amount the second morning. I managed a quick, warm shower but the water was tepid when my husband got in. Although there is a room with a microwave downstairs, no cooked breakfast is provided. The”free” Wi-Fi password wasn’t in evidence in the room so could not use it. My husband dropped his phone and we had to pull the bed out slightly, where we found used tissues under the bed.

Good location. But the accommodation was far below expectations and very overpriced for what it was.

Access to a lounge. Staff member welcoming and friendly.

Single room in basement. Small, pokey room and shower. Very overpriced for a room like that. Won’t recommend or return.

Superb

Booking was easy, phone answered and question answered without attitude. On check-in, all info was given without questions needing to be asked. Facilities were surprising for the type of accommodation.

I didn't stay and didn't tecieve a refund.

I didn't have any breakfast. I was only in the room 10 mins then i had an emergency call and had to leave.

It was okay

The place is easy to find and in a nice location. The room was very clean and well maintained. The lady who checked us in was friendly. Free wifi worked really well.

I tend to select accommodation on parking space availability. When Booking.com says there is no need to reserve a parking space, because there is free on-site parking, I expect there to be a spot for each room in the building. I had to park my car on the road, which is unacceptable to me. One car was blocking all others, and basically using two spots as well. I was told this gentleman was asked to move his car to the road as well, but I'm not sure that ever happened. Different rules for different people?

all good even though few negatives would stay again

near to where we wanted to be and better value than any where else, car right outside our window, bed shower towels & kettle - all you need

carpet wasn’t very clean, stains on the cushions, toilet button kept sticking when flushing, curtains looked like might be coming away from the pole, could hear people coming in all night being near the front door but after all that would still stay there again

Customer service and cleanliness. Quiet and comfortable rooms which give you a good night's sleep.

Nothing but parking can be a bit hit and miss.
