Location was really convenient, room was comfortable, great provision for tea/coffee/biscuits. Wonderful breakfast (I didn't eat lunch for the whole stay!). Plus the hosts were very friendly and gave me advice on places to visit.

Hosts were very welcoming and went above and beyond to give us breakfast when we wasn’t able to go to breakfast at the property.
Also very engaging gave us some information about places to park in the town centre.
Overall a perfect getaway made even better by such good hosts

What a warm welcome we had (even with our muddy dog!) The owners couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast and the guest house is centrally located for the falls, caves and countryside. You can have a wonderful holiday without having to drive. There is so much to do in the locality. Our room was spotless and the biscuits in a jar were a lovely touch. We will definitely be back.
The worst bit was having to leave!

The breakfast was excellent and location was really good.
The room was smaller than we expected but wasn’t a problem. Very clean together with a very comfortable bed certainly made up for that.

Lovely accommodation, with Tim being very welcoming on arrival.
Beautiful location. Room was spotless, and so cosy.
Great suggestions for dinner for both nights, and Tim prepared us breakfast sandwiches for our 3 Peaks challenge the next day.
Overall would definitely go back again

The owners could not have been more helpful and went over and above to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was comfortable, clean and inviting with ample storage and brew making facilities. Breakfast was nothing short of a feast! Additional soap and toilet roll was provided in a basket outside the room and was a really nice touch. The pets were really friendly and added a comforting touch to an already welcoming guesthouse.
The bathroom was very small and the shelving unit had to be moved depending on whether you were in the shower or using the toilet. Having a traditional toilet roll holder so the shelving wasn't needed may have been a better use of space.

Zena and Tim were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was superb. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great area to stay in if you enjoy the outdoors and beautiful views from the guest house.
The guest house was superb, but with it being the middle of winter there weren't many options for places to eat in Ingleton other than the pubs. We could see that this would definitely be a different case in the summer!

Their home was beautiful, cooked a yummy breakfast and we felt very relaxed. Thank you both 😊

Very friendly welcome, lovely bedrooms and comfortable beds. Tim and Zena couldn't do enough for us and our friend to make our stay comfortable. Loved the different teas and coffee bags, milk was fresh and in its own fridge by the side of the kettle. A very homely guest house thank you, can't wait to return.
There were no dislikes, the only thing that maybe could be considered is a little background music in the dining room during the delicious breakfast.

Great location just outside the centre of the village but still close to all pubs and shops
