Roomy apartment

Very secure gated entrance. Allocated parking space. Level walk to ground floor apartment. Nice garden with BBQ facilities,table and chairs.2 good sized bedrooms with wardrobes.

Kitchen units are very old and dilapidated.

Be considerate

St Lucia is lovely. Its my happy place

To the alcoholics, noisy and rowdy, loud music playing types of guests. Most of us come for peace and quiet. Many of us have little kids and babies to care for. We sleep early and are up early. Be considerate please.

The friendliness of the reception staff and I have to say the spa bath...

Monkeys came into our room...be careful to close all windows...load shedding...the property needs to install generators.

All in all superb value for the money paid.

We liked the setting of the property and the availability of a reception. The location and proximity to restaurants and shops is fabulous, and the friendly staff were amazing. We saw monkeys in the garden as well as warthogs and three types of hornbills. Beautiful sunset from the terrace!

Game room is rather run down, pool area could be in a better condition.

I had to phone to get in touch with reception as the gate bell didn't work..

Maintenance of the units needs to be looked at. The units are lovely but things don't work and other things are broken.

It was worthwhile.

Everything was easily accessible, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the facility was clean and had all the relaxation things I needed.

The Sauna was not working, but other than that, no complaints.

Next time in St. Lucia this is THE place to stay for me.

Location was excellent. The size of the accommodation was excellent. Working space for my notebook was good. Very well appointed.

Load shedding - the generator was only working part time.

the beds were comfortable and freshly made daily

the property is tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. a coat of paint and some TLC would not go amiss

The weather is outside anyone's control but we were given no sense of urgency to remedy matters

The self catering apartment was well equipped and we had stayed before so knew what to expect.

The whole experience was affected by torrential rain which apparently damaged the property's pump and left us without water for nearly 24 hours. The employee on duty seemed unable to tell us anything and we had to ask for bottled water. It spoiled our stay - the weather made going out unpleasant but staying in was worse.

The reception lady was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Place is beautiful, facilities are lovely and location is perfect.

Loadshedding was almost 10 hours in our one night's stay so that meant no water for the duration of the Loadshedding which was horrid. Sadly they only use generator one or hours in the morning and I think one hour in the evening their excuse was diesel is very expensive therefore the use of generators are limited. The generators should be used according to Loadshedding schedule. It was hot and uncomfortable. Outside was very dark so we were unable to use the pool at night When there was Loadshedding.

I will not recommend this property and I can't visit it again, it sucks!

Eskom Load-shedding sucked! The property should have a better back-up plan, Also the property should have notified its guest before-hand that we should expect electricity outages!

Even the staff was not friendly and not interested to assist when there is a problem. The extra charges also sucked, they dont inform the guest about extra-charges before hand!

Maintenance upkeep abit behind lights and TV in bedroom wasn't working needs to be checked on regular basis
