It was beautiful, it was clean, it was comfortable. My granddaughter enjoyed playing the games at the location.
We had a great time.
Thank you.

Location, perfect for us
There was nothing we didn’t like

Very well presented. Very clean. Bright and spacious, nice garden. Lots of kitchen utensils and even some essential cooking ingredients. Wifi worked very well. Comfortable beds. Milk biscuits, coffee and tea. Games. spacious Parking for 2 or even 3 cars. Cider farms and pubs very nearby. Lots to see around. Beautiful countryside. Glastonbury very close.
No issues with the property. Only thing is that with narrow country roads to access the property you need the car to go anywhere.

Great location, clean and tidy.
Owner was friendly,
Stairs weren’t for the young or elderly.

It was quiet, clean. There was a carton of milk and a roll of biscuits waiting for us on our day of arrival. We were surprised to find towels and kitchen towels, since in the general descriptions it said no towels provided.
It was kind of pricey. A second toilet would be more comfortable when staying with five or six people.

Good space, with living area and sleeping area divided. Great to have 4 bedrooms. Owner was easy to communicate with. Never saw him, didn’t need to. Good parking - space for 4 cars, and we had 4 cars. Set up with all you might need. Very user friendly open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. Dog friendly (although we didn’t have one). Chocolate hobnobs a nice touch!
Hot water was a little tricky. Couldn’t work out why sometimes had and sometimes only lukewarm. Stairs to top bedroom are quite steep. Didn’t use the patio (too cold!) but would be nice if had couple of plants in pots - just to soften 😊The other holiday let is semi-detached which didn’t realise. Would have still chosen to stay anyway. No-one there. Probably would only notice if people were in their outside patio spaces. Which are private but close to each other.

the location was as expected, quiet and pleasant, light and airy, suitable for a good relaxing time
for the property housing 4/6 adults, an en-suite would have be useful upstairs, or at least
an extra toilet, there seemed enough room, but would still recommend

Such a wonderful, deceptively large cottage. Bright, clean and airy.
Great amenities, everything has been thoroughly thought about.
Location fabulous.
Great owner, really friendly.
Biscuits too, what a bonus.
Will definitely book again.
Couldn't open patio doors but thinking that was because it was winter.

The Cobbles was a spacious, practical and well presented semi detached cottage which was clean and comfortable. We took our Jack Russell and the secure rear garden was absolutely brilliant for letting him scamper about in !. The cottage is well equipped with all the things you will need for a stay including washer/ dryer, microwave, toaster and full sized cooker. There are even games and a selection of dvds for you to use if you fancy staying in for a day. Ample car parking for 3 cars ( this is a semi detached cottage so your neighbours share parking and access gates). Overall. Highly recommended.
Communication via booking.com was very poor. During the run up to our stay I used the message facility to make an enquiry but received only a stock auto reply and no follow up. When I tried the provided number it was unobtainable!!. I had to resort to calling a local farm and luckily the neighbour there gave me the mobile number of the gentleman who looked after the property whom I contacted and spoke with. It was a good job I had his number at hand, as when we arrived late in the day(it was pitch black and in a torrential downpour!) getting into the property proved to be a serious issue. I had been given a booking number and PIN code which ( being 4 digits) appeared to be for the security key case of the property .....it was not as I found out stood drenched to the skin for several minutes trying to get to the key. I eventually retreated back to the car sodden and very annoyed ( 5 + hours driving to get there and now no access!). As I mentioned , I had previously spoken to the caretaker of the property and, after explaining my situation he very kindly came out and used a spare key to give us a much welcome access to the Cobbles. A little later I was given another number for the property security key case....this was also wrong...it wasn't until almost the day of departure that a correct number was supplied by the owner who we met the day before we left.

The location was lovely. So peaceful. The owners are very helpful. And even informed us when we left a jacket behind. They were even willing to post it back to us if we were no longer in ther area.
We loved staying here. The location is great. Only 15mins away from the town. Easy to drive or to get a taxi. We would love to return here again in the future.

Property was excellent, clean and spacious, the twin bedrooms weren’t really for kids as the stairs are silly steep but there was 2 single bedrooms along with a double downstairs so a family of 4 is perfect
Not a great deal locally to do with the family when the weather is bad. A lot of attractions were shut over the winter months or only open at weekends
