Highly recommend. The hosts are the most lovely people, kind and helpful.

Location is excellent. It is super close to the centre, yet in a quiet part of town. Rooms are clean and well kept. The property has a beautiful garden and lots of space to sit out and work or relax. The hosts are the kindest people. So friendly and supportive. They helped me with cabs and every information that I needed to move around. Highly recommend.

Open hands receiv, family vibes,clean, you get exactly what you see!

The facilities are exactly as on the pictures. It’s quite there’s free water and personally I love this type of architecture. The lady was very sweet with receiving me. She stayed up very late to make sure I could check in (i was arriving per shuttle from El Salvador). The next morning she did helped me out with a shuttle to gigante. She even saw me walking by (when I went for a walk) and took the effort the make sure I knew the hostel was here. Big family vibes, she reminded me of my grandmother. Pure gold heart. Would def recommend this place.

- Nähe zum Zentrum - Sehr liebevolle, nette Gastgeberin - kostenloser Kaffee + Wasser den ganzen Tag - Möglichkeiten von Tourbuchungen oder auch Shuttles für die Weiterreise

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. Leider gibt es für Gepäck o.ä. keine Ablageflächen. Für mich persönlich war das Bett nicht sehr bequem

Wonderful hosts and great value for money guest house

The hosts are lovely - so welcoming and friendly. The location is in a slightly quieter part of town but I didn’t feel unsafe when walking around (it’s only 3 mins walk from the main square) Great value for money

Séjour très agréable !

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal (très proche du centre de Léon mais dans une rue calme) ; Les espaces extérieurs (cours) sont très agréables ; La chambre et les lieux sont très propres et spacieux ; Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants ;

La chambre est simple, quelques crochets, table de chevet supplémentaires seraient idéals pour pouvoir y poser nos affaires, surtout dans la salle de bain :)!

Zentral, gemütlich und nette Eigentümer

Die Zimmer hatten sehr bequeme Betten, es gab einen kleinen Kleiderschrank und einen sehr gemütlichen Patio, der zum Erholen und Lesen einlud. Das beste aber war die Dame des Hauses die viele Tipps gab, die Weiterreise organisierte und einen lieben und überaus wachsamen Rehpinscher (kleiner Hund) an ihrer Seite hat.Ich kann diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely clean well cared for house with nice room and bathroom

When we arrived late because we were coming from Guatemala and there was such a downpour that the streets were flooded! But the next morning you would never know it happened, The hostess knew I was arriving late and I had obviously kept her up but she showed me the room and helped me with my stuff. Next day I could see how lovely her/their house was. Lots of foliage and garden.My bathroom was classic. It's close to Leon just a walk up the hill. I loved Leon actually and wish with hindsight I has spent a bit more time there.There were lots of museums I wanted to see.

I would have loved access to a kettle to make a cup of tea after the long day driving and the bed was a bit hard.

The landlord!!! Such a nice woman. We arrived late (after 9pm) after cross the border in the middle of a storm and she was waiting for, didn’t rush us to pay or do anything. In the morning she didn’t ask for money after a tiny thing that wasn’t perfect in the room. Definitely the nicest person I’ve met in over 1 month of travel

Amazing place. Quiet and clean accomodations overlooking an inner courtyard managed by a family that makes you feel part of the family itself. Just a few steps from the central square, late check in and laundry available. Definetly recommended!!

Good location, close to the center. Ok for one night. Owners are friendly. Green garden inside the place is the highlight.

Rooms and specifically bathrooms are very old, shower wasn’t clean. Furniture looks worn down and beds are not comfortable. Without A/C but only ventilator the heat is unbearable in the room. Don’t understand the good to excellence reviews for this place. The owners are friendly but have definitely not invested in the place for a long time. We stayed in much nicer hotels/hostels for less.

great!!

The owner of the hotel is so nice!! She helps you with everything. Also great, local and tasty breakfast for a very good price and free water. I came here after 2 months of travelling in hostels just to relax for a few nights and that is very possible here. Relaxed and quiet!

the central location, wonderful courtyard and super helpful staff

the rooms were hot at night. I couldn’t open the window because it led to the courtyard. so it got pretty stuffy. the fan helped.

The best night's sleep I have had in all my travels in Central America! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and extremely quiet despite being right in the centre of the city. The owners were very kind and friendly and I found the whole place to be a haven of tranquility. An absolute bargain and would recommend to everyone!

Everything about our stay was absolutely lovely! But the absolute highlight is the host and her family. SO helpful, kind and nice!! We really felt so at home… They make everything with love, which you can also see in the details around the place. Would 100% recommend

If you need it very cold, the AC might be required. But then they have one so no problem really, for us it was fine without…

Perfect authentic and friendly Hotel

A really nice Family Business which I can recommend. The room is big and cool with fan and a/c. The people are very friendly and helpful and the small Dog is cute. The plaza is Just a 5 Minute Walk away.

Nice, athmospheric place to stay

The owner lady is very friendly and gives good information about what to do at city and nearby. I liked a lot the athmosphere at casa. It's quiet place with not too many rooms. The yard is really beautiful and peaceful with big trees. It's situated at 2 minutes walk from the center plaza.

Very nice private room in a family style hotel. Excellent rest, because it is very quite. Fan was strong, bed comfortable and big, room is spacious with a big closet, and Wi-Fi was good.
