Great location, clean and comfortable, well equipped, excellent facilities and lovely decor

Greatly appointed unit.. such wonderful touches as tissues, breakfast items, toilet paper and the basics in the kitchen like dishwashing liquid, salt pepper and oil for cooking- all made for an easy convenient stay. Would come back again!
Parking around side streets became super busy on the weekend and we struggled to find a park- did us well though to park further away and enjoy getting our steps in!
4.7
Nicely decorated. Lots of space. Good light and secure.
Kitchen equipment a bit lacking in quality, compared to the rest of the flat.

Very nicely decorated, good kitchen, pet friendly

The apartment was very comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay. The hosts were lovely and extremely friendly. The apartment was conveniently located. When we had issues the host was quick to communicate. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and lots of little extras that were very thoughtful. The property was very clean on arrival.
We are sad that we could not rate the accommodation any higher than an 8/10 as we had continual issues with the toilet flushing. This started on the first afternoon as soon as we arrived (so was nothing to do with us), and got worse overnight. The problem (despite much intervention) was never fully resolved, and it has to be said this did spoil our stay as there was only one toilet so we were stuck. On multiple occasions we had to go out specifically to locate a toilet that flushed properly which was far from ideal as my elderly mother was with us. The hosts really did do their best to get it sorted but it did mar the break somewhat.

Excellent location for all local amenities and a great location for exploring the local area. Accommodation was very well equipped for a holiday home and lovely touches like tea, coffee, sugar, eggs, bread and butter on arrival. It was lovely and would highly recommend.
Parking was a bit hit and miss but nothing to dampen our holiday

The Host was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early after a long drive! The apartment is in a great location and it was beautiful and comfortable, close to all the great places to visit. The host provided us with breakfast goodies and gave us tips on the great places to visit around the forest of Dean. Simply the best. ❤️💛💚
I loved everything 😍

Beautiful apartment in a great location for exploring the area. Well equipped with books, games and info on the local area. Kitchen well stocked too and very thoughtful to leave things like butter and eggs for us.

They have all the things we need, including sewing kit! They even have welcome food and drinks for us. Thank you!

Great location and friendly host. Massive plus with kitchen supplies ie. Tin foil, cling film and washing up liquid. Also the eggs and bread was a nice touch
Phone signal is poor. But that's nothing to do with the host or accommodation

Apartment clean and everything you could need. The hosts had left extras, bread milk eggs butter, and tea/coffee tray with biscuits. There were four adults and two dogs, plenty of room, not falling over each other. Bedrooms spacious and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a bath, shower gels left as well. Ideal place situated in a small village, which was quiet. All shops within walking distance, Tesco, co-op, butchers, bakers, places to eat, from English to Turkish. There is no parking at the apartment. However, free parking 2 minutes away. It's pretty central for sightseeing as well. Will definitely be going back.
To be honest, there wasn't anything I didn't like.. I'm sure some might not like certain things, each to there own

Great apartment, the kitchen was extremely well equipped (oil, salt, pepper in the kitchen etc.), milk in the fridge and coffee for breakfast, we really liked these nice little touches.

Convenient for The Forest of Dean. Apartment clean and cosy.
Could have done with a bigger bed but that is their personal preference.
4.7
Location was great. Nicely furnished in lounge and bedrooms
Windows in bathroom did not give full privacy.
Plant in kitchen got in the way, too big!
Kitchen chairs & table arrangement could be more comfortable
4.7
comfortable and spacious
excess noise from pub opposite but it was NYE. slept in twin room as it was quieter. could do with a stair gate to stop dog going up stairs.
4.7
Finer details spotless immaculate presentation
every time I needed something- I discovered it was there
Dog walking bit far but did not overshadow as property was so good
4.7
It was very thoughtfully equipped, spacious & clean.
4.7
It was immaculate with many thoughtful touches. The host had provided everything we might need including milk and butter in the fridge and a loaf of bread. The property was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Coleford was a good base for exploring the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley and there were plenty of good places to eat nearby.
There is no parking at the property although we were able to park opposite for 30 minutes to unload/ load the car.
4.7
Good location in the centre of town opposite a nice "micro-pub" that does 4-5 real ales. Very friendly and cheerful town.
Free parking for accommodation but parking in the wider area is daylight robbery. Symond Yat East is £5 whether it is 20 mins or 3 hours. Recommend using lay-bys and walking a bit further.
4.7
The apartment was decorated to a high standard ,with furniture to match . The supplements in the kitchen where grateful received after a long drive , nice touch .Tony could not be more helpful , very attentive . the apartment is in a great area for walking in the Forest to Dean .

noise from bars across but wasn’t a big problem

A beautifully appointed and furnished apartment in a central but quiet location. Everything to a high standard with lovely pictures, furniture and other decorative features. Very well equipped with plenty of comfortable seating. Good facilities nearby and an ideal base to explore the Forest of dean
Parking close by in the town centre was restricted which meant we had to plan where to park. It wasn't really a problem and unloading and loading was easy.

Clean and comfortable with breakfast included
