Excellent location, beach view, lovely staff who went above and beyond. We were early checking in and Pablo on reception let us leave our bags there and still come back check in earlier than the formal time which I thought was great as we my 4 year old with us. The bags were safe and secure which allowed us to go and get some food without all the bags and look about until we went back to check in which was an hour and a half before the actual checking time ! Great staff there.
I cannot fault the place for the price. Rooms all had heaters in, tvs, free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathroom with shower plus toiletries and towels. Paid around £20 each and my 4 year old was free. Cannot complain!!

I recommend it to people who like peace and quiet after a whole day of attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not sparkling clean but it is not that bad, the most important thing is that the sheets and towels were clean. But you feel very welcome and taken care of. The hotel is right on the beach which is a great advantage, it is close to all the attractions but it is not in the very center so it is peaceful and quiet. In my opinion it is in an ideal location. Another advantage is that the hotel does not have an alcohol license so there is no drinking and rows, which is important when traveling with children. We will definitely go back there and I think it will be our permanent place to relax in Blackpool.

Little old fashioned, room was very bare. Could have done with a chair in the room as it was just the bed and a set of draws

I liked the location as it is central and cheap for where it is
It didn’t have a bin in the room, blinds didn’t shut, no curtains, damp on walls, only two sockets for tv and kettle, no longer a bar, no lift only stairs and rooms are tiny but staff are friendly spoke every day

NOTHING
We got checked in and the reception area stunk of weed. The lad who showed us to our room stunk of weed(no offence to him), hotel was pretty dark and dingey, got into the room cramped, bedding just chucked on and smelt funny, hairs all over the room, mould, numerous blood spatters on the wall next to 1 of the beds and was far to hot with only a tiny window to open which was also filthy. Felt dirty just standing in the room, and kids didnt feel safe so we ended up leaving and booking into another hotel at additional cost to us down the road as there was no way we could stay in that mess (hotel fully booked according to bookings.com) i wish i had took photos of the utter state but we were in that much of a hurry to get out unfortunately!
