Nice room, considering blackpool Travelodge thought they could get away with £192 for the night and this was considerably less it was a no brainer. I'm not a fan of buffet style breakfast and it was overpriced so didn't eat here.
Parking £25 for the night and you have to be out by midday when it's £20 directly across the road for 48 hours. I wasn't keen on listening to the herd of elephants that you keep in the room above for hours on end, receptions response was "well it is half-term".

Modern, clean & smelled wonderful!
I expected the view to be better & to be able to see it better but the windows were dirty. However let’s be realistic, windows of a hotel on the seafront in October…they’re not going to be at their best in fairness!

The Location is good. The room size is good.
The hotel is not cheap and then you have to pay far too much for parking and breakfast.
The floors between levels must be old as you can hear every step and movement of the room above

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were brilliant with the children.
On arrival the blonde receptionist and bloke were not very friendly which gave a very poor first impression. All other staff were excellent

Room was comfortable but expected more for the price
Had to pay £20 for one night parking after paying £190 for the room nothing was said about the cost for parking before our arrival I presumed due to the expense of the room it be free, £14 for 2 pints of cider which only cost us around £4-£5 each elsewhere. Charged a holding deposit of £100 nothing was said of this before arrival

Nothing it was a very unpleasant stay, we will be emailing the hotel direct. We will share our full review once the hotel has responded. Tried to rip us off, taking money out of our account without notification and over charging us on numerous occasions even after we checked out!!
Incompetent staff at front of house and management shocking, not value for money, and uncomfortable stay. Not a 5* hotel!!

The property itself was outstanding, wow is all I can say, from the moment we got there, we we’re in paradise 😁 The staff couldn’t help you enough, The waiter and waitress were absolutely brilliant, going through the menu and excellent, customer service skill’s.
The only thing we didn’t find warming was a young lady on the reception desk with blonde hair, young looking, she never seemed to smile much or wasn’t prepared to go that extra length for us, customer’s, but that is the only negative thing I can say.

Staff & location were great. The hotel is amazing, clean & comfortable. The view of the coasters is brilliant.
Slightly out of town which we liked but some people would want to be closer.

I liked how it looked , very clean
I couldn’t even get any slippers to take a shower, I called room service they said they don’t have any but my next doors were walkin in slippers . Staff said there’s no way I can check in before 3pm then once I left they rang me saying I can check in . No organisation

Lovely friendly staff couldn't do enough for you, the room was fantastic everything you could wish for good size comfortable bed drinking facilities that had proper good-sized mugs and heavy weighted glasses lovely big bath towels and plenty of them fantastic shower very modern throughout only two things let it down
For a five-star lovely facilities the only thing that let it down was the cheap toilet paper everything else was fantastic but the toilet paper let it down and the price is on the drinks in the bar they were extortionate for what they were it was £13 for a double vodka then it was £2 for the dash of lemonade 15 pound for a double brandy that was the dearest and only time I think you'd said a lot more if you pricing was a little bit more reasonable two things that let the rest down

Big rooms, good view of the pleasure Beach. Clean
Family member has parkinsons so I got his breakfast and took it over, I then went for my own breakfast to be told by the server that it was one cooked breakfast per person. I found this extremely rude as others cueing behind me, I did get my breakfast, but only after being humiliated.
Menu for bar snacks and restaurant is rubbish.
We had to pay extra £19 each for the breakfast as the £415 per room for 2 nights did not covet breakfasts, all in all very expensive for what you got, next time we will go back to the big blue. Drinks in the bar are very expensive, it's Blackpool, not London, £7 per pint.
Lighting in the room very poor, grandparents struggled to see as it was full of little lights rather than one main one.

Everything, it was such a nice place as soon as we pulled up in the car, the car park is right underneath the pleasure Beach rides, walking in the front door with the water fountains outside and seeing how clean and professional the hotel was, then getting into the room seeing the bunk bed area with tvs on each bunk we was blown away and then going into the main part of the room with the king size bed everything was so tidy and perfect
I can't find a single thing that I didn't like.

we have been before & it is just perfect for what my friend & myself want. I like that the top floor are deluxe rooms & no children
being disabled would like to have disabled bays specially marked as I had to walk a long way to my car to the bottom car park with luggage not good

the suite we stayed in was beautiful
the extra price to park. when booking a suite you might expect free parking instead of an extra charge of £18.00 per night.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were immaculate.

Everything. Best in Blackpool, but that's a low bar!!!
Only problem I had was the acoustics between my room (319) and above. I could plainly hear footfall and bed sqeaking from above; woke me a couple of times. Structure borne sound so tough to deal with but you might need acoustic panels on my ceiling at least.

Excellent dinner and breakfast, room was large and spacious
