Perfect Christmas Treat

Location great for activities booked. Clean comfortable rooms. With great kids bunk room. Excellent staff. Loved the extra touch of letter to Santa that we could post and to get the lovely surprise of a letter back from Santa a few days later was super special. My little boy loved it! :)

Really comfortable beds in spacious rooms that are kept clean.

It's a bit away from the centre of town but the tram stop is just over the road.

We love this hotel and have stayed there many times. It’s not your typical Blackpool bnb.

Everything is best quality from the toiletries to the complimentary shortbread. Beds are comfortable.

The pillows are a little hard. We need 2 which were available but both were same thickness could have done with a softer one

We reported the hot water problem for 2 days and it still didn’t work properly either time! Room 418

Dinner was very good

NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNINGS FOR SHOWERS! It wasn’t consistent so you never knew when it would work which is no good at all!

Nice night stay

Friendlies of the staff and modern decor

Beds were a bit hard for us ( that's our opinion) Pillows we're not the best quality for the hotel Thought the bar prices were a bit steep Found 3 hairs in the bath ( not ours) we went to reception asked if housekeeping could come and clean again, we got back to our room at about 11.30 pm to find the hairs were still there!!

Not the hotels fault whatsoever but kids running heavy footed for hours across the floor directly above us. Screaming, shouting, banging early in morning and late at night. Probably won’t return for that reason.

The only place we will ever stay whilst visiting Blackpool.

Everything was perfect and very family friendly. A very safe and comfortable atmosphere. Food was fabulous and fresh! Most of all, our kids loved being there too.

Overall good but need to look at breakfast and card only rule

Room was excellent as we received an upgrade. Reception were very good at check in.

Found breakfast too repetitive. No potato scone, no black pudding , hash browns or fried bread. Found the card only process not to my liking

Nothing blue about this Hotel

The hotel reception team greeted us on arrival, very friendly and helpful, and explained everything about the hotel. also said if we needed anything at all, just ask at reception. The room was spotless. We were ungraded to a larger room at no extra cost, excellent customer service bathroom very clean and the towels are big and very soft you also get an iron in the room The breakfast in the morning was very good covered all dietary requirements excellent service 👏

it was a long way from the town centre but you can catch the tram, which is just over the road from the hotel, and once you buy a ticket, it can be used all day on the trams

The location was peeve r, slightly back from the prom so nice and quiet. Food nice and reasonably priced also. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Lifts were a bit of a squeeze and temperamental which was annoying with a pram but nothing that wasn’t fixed fast, we just had to wedge ourselves around the pram to allow the doors to close 🤣🤣

Park view room was amazing!
