The location was really close to the centre of town, taking only a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to get to the very centre. The room was spacious and had everything you needed for a short stay. The shower was also great. Comfy bed. The entrance hall was beautiful and the instructions to get in were clear. Very good value for money. The secure parking to the rear was also real bonus.
We did experience some noise in the middle of the night from the neighbour upstairs on two of the nights, but they could be another guest (temporary) and a little noise is to be expected as the original house dates well over 100 years old (the building is magnificent).

Great location and comfy room. Liked the off street parking too.
No complaints!

Excellent communication with the owner. Very good location next to the old town. Clean, comfortable bed. The apartment has everything you need for passing tourists. We are very pleased. No remarks.

Really nice place near town. Great with parking spot. Good online service. Everything worked!

location was good re access to train station, clean & good size room/bathroom. tea & coffee is always welcome particularly when in an area without a cafe just around the corner.
lack of adequate, secure air flow or ventilation (no cooling/fan) meant room got really stuffy and hot towards the afternoon. there are good size windows however they open directly onto the street and accessible from the footpath so couldn’t have them open without traffic (incl. buses from about 6am) noise & risk of someone coming in thru them as there’s no external security bars. the internal roller blind controls the afternoon sun coming in but not the heat (& when down, you can’t open the windows) & I had poor sleep as a result. The Daikin A/C was not functioning - I note there’s been previous reviews on this issue & it’s a pity it hasn’t been resolved because otherwise it’s a neat little place.

The location was good -close to the centre. The parking was excellent - safe and spacious. The building was traditional and characterful.
The internet connection was terrible - fading in and out and logging off in use. Very weak. There was no comfortable chair in the room only desk chairs. The huge window gave directly onto the pavement and to passers by and traffic. Some kind of low level screening would have allowed the curtains to be open with total exposure to the world. A couple of additional power sockets would have been handy - I had to unplug the microwave to plug in my laptop.

Location close to railway station. Free parking IF there are free slots
Apartment was extremely dirty.
The plates, cutlery & glasses were unwashed, still some food left. With the help of bookin.com they contacted the host and we got our room recleaned.
Bed linen were so worn out that they were full of holes. During our 9 days stay wifi was braking up constantly, impossible to use a tablet or a laptop, I used mobile for roaming. A/C broken or never installed (same issue was mentioned already starting 2019) , no heating or no ventilation. You can open the window, but bear in mind it's a ground floor apartment Apartment is close the railway station, busses run by 24/7 in that narrow street. Tip: don''t leave the window open unattended, not even for a second. In the room description it says: a seating area, but there is not, just two chairs on tv desk.
We had no cleaning for 9 days and no cleaning equipments were in the room. Before leaving, we paid 25 € cleaning fee, but got message to wash dishes and take rubbish out. No wonder if everything is dirty, if they rely that customers do proper cleaning themselves i have attached a photo from bathroom ventilation, which was not working either. This has been the worst rating ever from me, and I travel over 150 days a year.

The most cool part was collecting the keys and opening car park. It was like a small escape room challenge and we had fun! Car park is secure, but bear in mind if you have big car could be a bit challenging to park, but again, it is just an experience.

It was a nice apartment, instructions upon arrival were clear and everything worked.
I appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and tea making facilities.
The center was walking distance.
The city is lovely!
If you come by car it’s a pretty narrow entrance but I guess that’s the city, almost every building has the same type of narrow entrance. The good part about the parking is that your car is safe in an enclosed area that can only be reached by a key (a card or code).
Nothing to complain about!

Private Parking inside Included in the price
The room seemed a charmy residence but.. It needs more attention. Now it is a old big room that needs some refurbishment like new curtains new carpets new light in order to come back to its beauty. Position is OK 20 min from Centre but no place to have breakfast very close.
Cleaning. The host Philippe was very nice in solving our problem, but still sorry but this place in general needs a more general deep clean up.

The room was very clean, Phillipe, the owner, was very nice and helpful. Parking was included and available in the backyard.
The AC didn’t work while it was 90°F outside.
