Visiting Edinburgh

Check in easy and efficient. Staff pleasant and helpful. Situated within easy walking distance to the castle, Usher Hall and many attractions. Lots of choice of restaurants nearby too. Breakfast had plenty of choice and nice and fresh. Everything nice and clean. Air conditioning made the room pleasant.

No drinking water in the room. Refill your own bottle available at reception. Good for the environment but not so convenient four floors down. A water station on each floor could be a good idea.No tea or coffee facilities in room. However this was not advertised as being available. Can buy at reception but given room rate is not at a budget level this seems a bit mean. Only one pillow and not particularly supportive quality.

Lo primordial es la ubicación: cerca de absolutamente todas las atracciones. El personal muy amable y la habitación es muy moderna, inclusive más que en algunos hoteles de londres

El tamaño ínfimo de la habitación. Si bien es cierto que uno se acostumbra, no lo recomiendo para una estadía de más de una semana o seleccionar otra con mayor capacidad

Bien, pero los servicios mal.

La localización, bastante cerca de todo.

3 noches de alojamiento donde no nos han hecho la cama, no te cambian las toallas, no tienes armario y hay un solo bote de champú-gel de cuerpo. Todo esto por más de 250 euros la noche, me parece una barbaridad. Es cierto que todo Edimburgo es caro, pero me ha parecido surrealista.

Buen hotel aunque caro

Buen hotel de 3*, la habitación es cómoda y el personal es muy amable. La ubicación permite ir caminando a la zona más comercial de la ciudad (aproximadamente 15min)

La tarifa abonada fue excesiva para un hotel 3 estrellas, y por la distribución de la habitación las dos camas individuales estaban ubicadas muy juntas

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, la decoración, la atención del personal (antes de llegar nos estuvieron respondiendo unos cambios que solicitamos), el desayuno en general todos los servicios. Si lo recomiendo.

El único problema es que la calefacción de la habitación no servía y solo nos decían que nos esperáramos tantito para que sirviera el clima pero nunca sirvió y hacía mucho frío y a mí en lo particular eso me hizo daño y me enferme porque tenía el cuerpo helado. Hasta el último día nos prestaron un calentador portátil.

Great value for money! Would recommend!

We had booked a room without a window and it was totally fine, nice and practical even though it was a bit small. The stuff was very kind and helpful, they even stored our bags until we checked in! The location of the hotel is great, very close to the main attractions of the city! I would totally recommend it and I will surely book there again if/when I revisit Edinburgh!

The room has one towel per person for all purposes.

Great value for the price you are paying I suppose

Enjoyed the room's aesthetic and it was nice and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable for a night's rest. I liked the touches of mirrors and clothes hangers, great for checking outfits and hanging coats :) Plus the staff were pretty helpful with checking in and checking out the hotel as we had two rooms booked under one name, so that was lovely!

Maybe work on soundproofing as you can hear neighbor's doors and whenever they're using water in the bathroom as the drainage is quite noisy. For the TV, maybe it was a wifi issue but in both rooms I booked, YouTube was virtually impossible to watch, with a lag happening every 30 seconds.

Super, jeder Zeit wieder.

Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Wir hatten am Anfang ein wenig Angst wegen der Zimmergröße aber für 6 Tage hat es voll gereicht. Auch von der anliegenden Strasse bemerkt man im Zimmer nichts. Das Personal, egal wen man angesprochen hat, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps. Zu Fuß in die Stadt war es auch nicht weit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen. Als kleines Goody könnte man noch einen Wassserkocher auf dem Zimmer haben. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass es manche stört, dass es keinen Kleiderschrank gibt, ich fands nicht schlimm.

Location is the best for conference in EICC.

Close to EICC where the conference was held. Clean.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, super helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Comfortable beds and great location!

Storage space for clothes in the smaller rooms would be nice, another pillow in the room as are only supplied with one

Would stay again.

Despite not managing the self check in the staff were helpful and welcoming, making the process swift and easy. The room was small but well designed and decent for the price in the location. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Not that well sound proofed - able to hear snoring from the next room.

Hotel práctico y cómodo para pocos días.

La localización, tranquilidad y el trato del personal. Nos gusto y estuvimos bien.

Que no tiene armario, solo perchas en la pared. Si te alojas muchos días es un poco incómodo, siempre con la maleta medio hecha y en el suelo ya que no hay donde ponerlas, solo una silla. No limpian, ni arreglan la habitación diariamente. Estuvimos 5 noches y pasaron después de la tercera noche. En ese momento cambiaron las toallas. Tampoco teníamos toalla de lavabo. No me parece correcto que las papeleras incluso las del baño no las vaciaran hasta el el cuarto día.

Muy buena experiencia, recomendable

Nos encantó tanto la limpieza, ubicación y atención de TODOS los trabajadores, hemos tenido algunos inconvenientes durante el viaje y siempre nos han ayudado en todo lo que han podido.

Lo único que no nos ha gustado es la poca aislación del ruido en la habitación, a veces nos ha costado dormir.

Good location, comfortable with great staff.

Rooms compact but comfortable with good modern feel and ambient lighting. Excellent sound insulation and good location. Staff friendly and very helpful, especially in getting tablet to me that I left behind.

Would have liked a bit of cheese with the nice breakfast buffet. Concession car park was closed on first day and had to use expensive alternative.
