Excellent stay and beautifully maintained apartment

Very easy to get the keys, and the information was very clear and provided in good time. The keys for the parking were in the lockbox, so it was very clear on how to park.

The pre-charge deposit, whilst I understand why, it was not very clear and I had difficulties clarifying with the team. The money was quick to be requested, but I thought it was slow to be returned.

Great family accommodation in Reading, UK

Good sized two bed apartment. There is plenty of space to roam around. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, crockery, iron, ironing board, everything was available. 5 minutes walk to Reading West train stations. Many desi restaurants close by. Oracle Mall is just a 10-minute walk.

Management needs to regularly check and repair things. Like cooker only one burner was in working condition, remaining 3 are not working. The dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes properly. Few window blinds are stuck and not working. Iron is burned out and needs to be replaced. The cloth of the ironing board is to be replaced. You also have to remind the ptopery management multiple times to refund the deposit. There is no free parking and you have to pay £10 per day. You have to vacate the accommodation before 10AM. Otherwise, pay a fine of £10 per hour.

Home away from home!

I liked how easy it was to check in and out, parking wasn’t available for us but the parking was literally across the street and with the 20% discount made it reasonable and it’s a very secure multi-storey. The added touches of milk, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries and towels was a lovely touch! The apartment is decorated lovely and really felt like home away from home! We had a lovely stay here and will be returning!

Overall good

Location was great, but very noisy on the main road. Views of the tyre garage not the best, but it is a central location. the beds were ok, but the pillows were not great. There were fans in the bedrooms but the one in the master bedroom had a European plug, so was useless for us. Overall, I would recommend.

The sofa was disappointing as it had a throw over badly worn cushions, it needs a change! The apartment met our requirements but the serving crockery was limited.

Beds are comfortable, top floor view is better. Parking is available at GBP10/day. Tempature control is good with manual adjustment to your desired temperature.

There are desks in both bedrooms but no chairs. Deposit is needed and a MUST. I spent over 30 minutes on settling the deposit cause the link they sent to me does not work. Travellers, please note. Rooms for improvement for the instructions, better with pic to show where shall we put the rubbish to. While check out, the rooms next to me and myself spent time to figure how to get to the rubbish collection point. We luckily met the cleaner and she is so nice to direct us to and collect the keys from us. Quite noisy at night while cars passed by. Not sure if the window is double glazed

Well presented, clean apartment with all mod cons. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower.

nice apartment but boiler room was very noisy - felt like I was sleeping next to a jet engine all night. Location near main road added to the noise. Pack earplugs.

VERY NICE APARTMENT

The Apartment is really nice. great location, very neat apartment. service is so exceptionally great. quiet area. Check in was easy and straight forward. Quick response to every call and chat. Beautiful apartment, beautiful environment. The Biscuit cookies are so nice, great breakfast items for the first day. One of the best apartment stayed so far. Will sure stay there again!

The Queens Bed`s mattress was not comfortable in room 5, not because of size. I feel that the mattress needs to be changed. Instead of feeling refreshed after sleep, i usually wake up with body pains till i moved out. Next time I will prefer another room with a better mattress. For the Bathroom i would have preferred a shower bathroom and not a Bath tub. But next time i will request for a shower bathroom.

The Apartment is well located within the walking distance to city center and Grocery shops and Restaurants. I stayed with family and kids for 3 weeks it is a good place for anybody moving to UK for the first time

Cleaning once a week, for the price it is fair enough.

The apartment had everything we needed. Staff were prompt with communications. not too far from big shopping centre.

the location - it’s not located in the nicest part of Reading. Some spots are quite scary, definitely wouldn’t go walking alone.

Very good

Well equipped, very clean, comfortable, good shower, comfortable beds, nice white bed linen and towels and nicely decorated

There is a noisy nightclub across the road which was very noisy until after 4am and the busy road had constant traffic. It was fine with the windows closed, but didn't realise that the first night. No mirrors in any of the bedrooms, really need a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment.

Great as a crash pad. Kids loved it and thought it was an exciting adventure.

Location was easy to get to from the activities we had planned for the week. The apartment was lovely and clean

The plug in the bath didn't work effectively and so the water kept draining out. Running the bath also made the kitchen tap drip. I didn't like that despite 35 degree heat I didn't feel safe having the window open in my room. There was an apex roof just below my window, given the volume of people and traffic noise anyone could climb on the roof and as a woman on my own with 2 small children I didn't feel able to have the window open.
