I was constantly surprised by how good everything was. The staff were perfect, the room was larger than expected, the location was close to the city centre, but also really quiet. This was a great hotel.
Nothing.

Everything was beautifully cared for, from the decor and to the friendliness and ease of communication with the staff. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms spotless, and they offer fabulous meals! And the onsite chef makes all the difference. The B&B was located in a central part of town easy access to everything! Wonderful!
Given how wonderful everything was, it's hard to offer much constructive feedback. The only thing I'd say is find a different vendor for the croissants. These were a little fluffy, like dinner rolls. Or have your marvelous chef make his own!

Such a surprise when we found out it was a 5 star hotel we had booked because of what we paid. Amazing! Very luxurious furniture/bedding and has lots of information in the room a tourist would need. Loved our room.
Only complaint was friend asked for a hard boiled egg not runny! So nothing of significance to complain about!

Gorgeous boutique hotel. My room was the single and though small it had a double bed and was beautifully presented. Dinner was a lovely experience with drink and canapés in the lounge followed by a superb meal. Breakfast was also very good. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
