Emplacement

Close to cathedral.
Almost inaccessible because of road works and no advance warning from hotel.

Super Lage, Parkhaus in der Nähe, klasse Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettes Personal.

Breakfast service was good. The location was also good.
The room was ok, very big, but lacking furniture items. The floor where the room was located was in restoration, so there was a lot of noise and dust. Also the energy was cut twice.

alles ok

The room was dirty very small and the drain in the bathroom smelled very bad, we could not enter the bathroom because of the smell. Τhe view from the balcony and the bed was good.
At breakfast we found unwashed dishes.
We had planned to stay 2 nights but we stayed only one night.
Τhe smell of the drain, the cleanliness, the size of the room and the breakfast!

Rooms were comfortable for a family of four and the buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from, kids loved it.
Bathroom was tired and clearly have not moved the furniture to vacuum.

Great location
No Parking at the hotel but parking nearby a short walk but expensive for overnight.

Our room was located overlooking the square, it was very noisy during the night with kids arguing and playing music in cars, revving motorcycles until 2-3 am which meant we had very little sleep which was not ideal for our onward journey. The restaurant in the morning was very busy more seating in busy periods would be better.

Central in the city, clean comfortable rooms

Hotel was ok, also clean, but building is quite old and a bit worn down. It needs renovating. Compared to other IBIS Styles where I stayed, it was slightly disappointing, though not bad.

It is walking distance to the centre
Quite grotty immediate area, expensive car parking, plastic and cheap appearance

The location was good. The breakfast was a treat. Quirky 80’s design. For one night it was ok.
The bathroom was the size of a stamp. And lacking some cups or water bottles. One power point. There was no space left in the cathedral parking.

Very good location on edge of the historical centre of Rouen. A city car park is just a couple of minutes walk behind the hotel, cost April 2023 €16.50 a day, but it's a one way street system so use a GPS to get there! Rooms and bathrooms quite small but but had everything needed for an overnight stay. Excellent glazing so traffic noise did not disturb sleep. Reception staff helpful. Hotel responded within hours to a special request.
Lift only big enough for one person with bags, but at least there was a lift.

The breakfast was nice, continental, tea coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, plenty of choice. Centre of town, all sorts around..
The shower was cold.. or very like warm, for a family who have been travelling and needed a decent shower it was poor! The room was definitely compact.. sofa bed not in the best place for children as it has a shelf low down that my child bumped her Head on a few times during the night before changing beds..

Breakfast was fine. Location very central to everything. Attitude of the French people.
The lift is tiny!!

the location is exceptional if you want to visit Rouen city centre.
the staff is helpful and friendly; very pleasant
No car Park: I had to park in a public car park and was obviously charged (16 euro per day)
The size of the room
The bathroom: I could not open the door fully: the toilet was blocking the access!
Although clean, the room and bathroom are very outdated (paint/carpet etc...)
The breakfast is basic for an Ibis Style

I think the colorful decoration is not matching well with the experience you have as a visitor of the town. There is huge contradiction there that I couldn't get used to.

Nice Staff and normal Ibis Breakfast which was good…
The fabric of the building was very outdated and really quite uncomfortable.

The location is near the Cathedral and old centre. The parking (Cathedral) is nearby and the room with view on the Seine had all we needed for a short stay.
