Excellent fit for purpose.

Staff very helpfull Breakfast good choice very tasty,Room Very clean.Location ideal for my visit to the airshow.

Nothing all good will visit again hopefully next year if the Airshow still takes place.

On a adoré ce joli hôtel très bien placé

La chambre est superbe , le personnel est absolument adorable . De l’hôtel il est très facile de visiter la ville à pied et de faire une partie des Seven Sisters . Unfortunately not what we had expected.

Location good, just off main seafront prom, free parking. Friendly staff at check in.

Mum’s single room not great…carpet very dirty & bathroom & bedroom very tatty & needed decorating. Had booked a bath for her but it didn’t work, no hot water in her room until late that day & we had already gone out. Rooms desperately need updating & tidying.

Disappointing but I’m sure it can only improve. Nice owners and great location though.

Wallpaper literally hanging off the wall. Lack of plug sockets, and generally exceptionally tired and grubby decor. To be fair, I was told they had only taken the place over 2 months ago but there’s much improvement required.

It has a lovely friendly atmosphere, the owners were always on hand with help and advice on the local amenities, ie: restaurants, pubs and places to visit. Very spacious quiet room, which had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities.

Nice and handy for the promenade and sea front… plenty of restaurants and local amenities. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here, with no reason to complain about any part of our stay.

It was great and we would certainly stay here again on future visits.

Perfect location for the stay - a couple of minutes from the sea front and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. On site parking very much appreciated. The room was a very good size and had a small table and chairs as well as a two-seater sofa. Good choice at breakfast. Nice residents lounge with tea, coffee, etc. Cold storage and microwave also available although we didn't need to use it.

Everything was perfectly functional but some updating / refurbishment would be good.

Great stay to be able to do the Seaford to Eastbourne Seven Sisters coastal walk.

Excellent location, near the seafront and pubs/restaurants. Breakfast was perfect - full english! Staff and owner are very professional, room was very clean and comfortable.

Frindly comfortable stay in accommodation close to the sea and all attractions.

the room was well equipped with everything we needed. there was an efficient internal lift. breakfasts were good.

The entrance steps are very steep. getting into the car park requires a lot of nerve as the arch is very narrow. but I managed it and so did people with larger cars!
