Ok to just sleep but won’t be coming back

The location was great. Easy and not far away from the train station. Breakfast was ok although should be included in the room price.

For the price point, the rooms could be better quality. The furniture and decor were grubby. The bathroom had mould in the sink basin and shower tiling, the general finishing of the room was disappointing.

Visit to Da Vinci hotel

Nicely appointed room, friendly staff, sea view and close to centre of town.

Laminate flooring in room let it down as out of keeping with everything else.

Convenient position easy to access and good parking nearby

The position of the property is excellent The bedding and towels were clean and fresh.

There was a lot of dust in the stairs and bedroom The bathroom was dirty in parts the radiator was very dirty. There were spiders webs on the ceilings and fittings.

An awesome hotel .

It is a great hotel very clean , friendly staff , great location, they gave me a fabb big room absolutely loved it , everything worked a fabb powershower TV was great absolutely no complaints can't wait to go there again also they gave me a beautiful vegetarian English breakfast which was delicious also the people staying there are better no drunks or noisy kid's I absolutely loved it 👏.

I would've liked a spoon rather than those bits of stick for your tea or coffee but they were nice big mugs not the little cups where your still thirsty everything was awesome just apart from the wooden bits of stick for stirring.

Superb

Friendly and welcoming receptionist, our room was quite small (we paid the cheapest rate!) but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - for the sea, and the theatres, and just a short walk from the town centre.

Ideal location and great hotel

Lovely quiet location, Fabulous breakfast, clean spacious room, Staff were very friendly and helpful (especially breakfast chef who was very funny), Everything we needed for our stay

It’s such a lovely hotel, so welcoming and feel relax may be because I Iove the paintings.

The staffs are great, respectful and very helpful. I was advised about the parking and I was given the ticket, I cannot complain about anything except worrying about their lift which was not working previously when I used the hotel and I was assured that it wouldn’t happen this time, the lift worked well this time I was so happy.

No fridge to store food or cold drinks, though I was given some ice cubes but doesn’t last long and I can’t keep going downstairs to ask for more. Guest should be advised not to knock on other people’s door disturbing us, and to lower their noise and be considerate.

Winter weekend in eastbourne

Hotel very clean, lovely attention to detail with the art theme. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent. Staff attentive. So glad I stayed here.

excellent apart from the wi-fi.

I wasn't told on arrival but clearly had been upgraded to a double room as one was available. I hadn't asked for this and was very pleased. It was not large so I don't know if my review would be as favourable if I had had the single I'd paid for. It was clean comfortable and commendably warm.

The wi-fi was poor, ranging from impossible to receive down to choppy. The fact that I could get it at all suggested to me that this was as good as I could get.

Relaxing +++++

As always we had another great stay here,staff always friendly,rooms very well decorated,great space downstairs with the artworks just to chill out.very good freshly cooked breakfast.

Was ok. but not comfortable at night.

The hotel is very clean. Staff very helpfull.

The bed and mattress was very uncomfortable, i couldn't sleep well. The smell of breakfast from downstairs was very strong.
