The location was great. The size of the rooms, very spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The host had made it plain how to access the appartment and it was nice and easy.
The water in the bathroom worked but took time to refill toliet flush. The fact that it is old fashion adds character and I expect a few little things.

Beautifuly decorated apartment with parking and excellently dog friendly
Everything we could possibly need was provided it was like home from home. Communication was excellent between myself and company

Very spacious with nice rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and shops, able to walk everywhere. Host was available through text and quick to respond to the few questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Open, light and airy
WiFi problems, couldn't contact anyone for one day.
The big sofa was dirty and needs a deep clean. Kettle needs to be cleaned with vinegar internally hence didn't make a hot drink which was much needed. Ugly mugs. Double bed needs a new mattress and duvet.

Size of apartments were good. We booked two apartments for family.
Plenty of room for all of us plus 2 dogs. The owner was exceptionally helpful when one of our party left a bag in the apartment. She located it and sent it off recorded delivery for us.

Noisy from guests upstairs on top floor most of night....( we understand this can't be helped, and no way the owners fault )

Great location. Nice quirky decor in the place. Comfy beds and good kitchen set up. WiFi was fine.
Neighbours upstairs were up and kids running on the floor from about 6 am every day- no sound proofing. Hot water and heating were turned off from 10 am and off for most of the day. No washing dishes or showers after 10 am until they came on briefly in the afternoon and then went off again. Electric shower in ensuite was freezing cold for the first part of the visit until a repair man came. Bedroom door had broken glass/window in it which wasn't repaired. No one at the office answered the phone after I rang several times during office hours. A brief text response came back to me which was at least something. It was a shame about the restricted heat/hot water and not ideal for paying guests. They should have been up front about this from the start.

Self catering apartment large enough to accommodate my family. Location was perfect - near the beach in one direction and the town in the other.

Advised no parking few days before but on website states parking - this should be changed.
Parking difficult on road...left cars & used taxis.
Some rooms damp patch/crack in ceilings.

Spacious top floor 2 bedroom apartment, named "Moonbeans", close to the beach with permit free on street parking.
Comfortable lounge area with dining table for 4, and reasonably well equipped kitchen.
We had a quiet and restful stay.
Bedroom curtains could be more substantial to block out the light.
A second set of keys would have been handy.

Good position. Spacious and warm
Some of the furniture was very tired looking and the coffee table was old and dirty. Large window in lounge had lots of fingermarks and cobwebs and no curtain/blind. Even though we were not directly overlooked we didn't feel we had much privacy. Tsphe kettle was covered with scale marks on the outside.

The brilliant spacious accommodation, location and luckily enough it didn't rain.
The couch as previous users dropped liquid in the centre couch - tried to clean it and left it still wet. The double bed was not large enough for us as we normally sleep on a king side bed. A wardrobe should have been provided like the single room instead of just a clothes rack. Apart from that we were well impressed.

Great location for the event we performed at, at the local theatre/convention centre and there are plenty of lovely places to eat within a short walk. Was a very spacious apartment that had what we needed. Luckily there was a fan as it was very warm this summer when we stayed there. My children enjoyed the train that went along the seafront and stopped off at a few other places too.
It was tricky to park close by for loading/unloading because it was only street parking and it was busy. Being on the top floor there were a lot of stairs. Decor is a little dated. This shouldn't put anyone off booking though and I'd definitely recommend it.

Close to seafront. spacious. Clean and comfortable. Great kitchen facilities with large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven.free on street parking.
Although on street parking was free, the street is busy so spaces a bit limited at busy times.

Very good location, spacious apartment
There was a plate with biscuit crumbs on the glass table. Kitchen knives were not sharp, it was hard to cut something. There were only four forks for five people, and the champagne glasses were dirty. And only one roll of toilet paper for five people. 😆

Property was spotless and well appointed BUT i am severely disabled and found the stairs almost impossible particularly where the handrail ended, Could not use the shower as no handrail.

Love the location, so near to the sea. This trip was a birthday treat (1st of Jan baby!) and it was so lovely to have a Christmas Tree up still. Nice also to have a garden, we even managed to have a BBQ on 1st Jan.

The bed was disgusting. Try sleeping with the springs poking through the mattress. Hardly what you would expect in a home away from home. Unless a new mattress is supplied, this apartment is a definite avoid. Go elsewhere.

Very bright and cosy apartment in a convenient location.
The WiFi was poor and kept disconnecting.
The shower in the images always also different to the one we had which made it slightly more inconvenient for one of the guests as they had mobility issues.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the sea but on a quiet road. I had the ground floor apartment so was able to park on the drive which was very useful. The apartment is lovely and spacious inside, the photos don't really do it justice, as it's a beautiful Victorian house with high ceilings and stained glass windows. The lounge is comfortable and spacious and the bedrooms are all excellent too. We also had a small garden at the back too for outdoor dining. The apartment is well stocked with everything you might need. Recommend visiting the ice parlour Favo'loso a few roads down :-)
This was an excellent apartment but to offer some small areas of improvement, a tumble dryer would be great and a few bits in the kitchen need replacing (tin opener, frying pan). The noise from the apartment above can be a bit loud, but I don't think there is much to do about that, depends on your neighbours! Wifi is a little slow, but this seems to be a problem for Eastbourne on the whole.
