Clean, lovely room, beautiful hotel, good food, lovely staff
No spare pillows in the room, I need to sleep upright due to breathing problems- used clean towels as another pillow. I'm sure they would have got me another but I was in my pyjamas by then 🤣🤣

Breakfast good, had to upgrade £6 if you want a full English breakfast. Rooms very basic but clean. Would we stay again sorry but definitely not.
My sister & father booked into a delux room ?? So basic, double when we arrived, the hotel changed it to singles on our departure. Lots of issues on arrival no electricity. Came on during the stay

Location was good, near to the main high street and not far from promenade.
Cooked breakfast was lovely, dinner eaten was very good.
Hotel a little tired. In my room the net curtain had a hole in it! Would only cost a couple of pounds to replace....
Room very bland and in need of a bit of tlc

Continental breakfast was good.
Staff were friendly and very helpful
Evening meals were satisfactory
Conservatory seating was comfortable
Clean towels every day
Church opposite
Close to main street & good bus service
Disappointed with bedroom. It was very cramped for 2 people. Only 3 hangers in wardrobe. Dressing table & single chair squashed in by window, very awkward to use.
En suite also tiny. Tiles needed regrouting
Decor needs attention in both
Marble -effect tables & chairs in dining area looked in a poor state
Plastic flowers in communal areas .....very "tacky"
Floor in dining/bar area felt sticky

Ideal location for Lord Street and all local amenities.
Breakfast was amazing. I just had the continental breakfast. It was superb, everything you would expect. Even a facility to boil an egg.
Errrr. Nothing to complain about.

My room was too warm, even with the window open, but perhaps someone else would’ve found that temperature comfortable.
