Quick check in and room was perfect.
Everything was fine. No issues.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location suited us very well. Carparking was available free.
Interesting to stay at this historic hotel. The price was remarkably cheap
The view from the room was into an ugly yard.

Colazione varia.

Room was clean
They don't do room service. Only radiators in the room and you couldn't control the temperature. Too hot to sleep. And the bathroom was tiny.

Alison in reception was very welcoming and accommodating as I had booked a double room instead of a twin. She had it sorted in no time. These are the details that ensure i will return.
Probably does need a bit of freshening up.

Beds very comfortable staff are nice.
Food and decor not great breakfast should be included in price.

The staff where excellent
Needs a bit of updating

Good location, close to airport and Dublin centre.
I requested a ground floor room and the receptionist made sure to get us one.
The bathroom could be better cleaned. Full of mold and hair in the drain.
I got a cup of tea, and then noticed that the mug was fully cracked and started the leak hot tea.

Nice room with good view
Comfy bed
Swimming pool out of action and we weren’t informed before we got there this was one of the main reasons we had booked as had small children with us who were very disappointed.

Reception ladies were nice
1. At breakfast (that we paid for 10euro each) my son asked for the pancakes, after he ate them he went to buffet and asked for one slice of bacon and was refused by staff whom was "serving" -horrible experience.
2. Banging hammer at 8am - there is elevator maintenance
3. No shower wash in the tiny bathroom that was not cleaned properly.
4.Family room with 3 beds was tiny

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar was a great way to unwind after exploring the city every day and meeting some people. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is very convenient. McDonald's and a convenient store are within walking distance. The iron and ironing board came in very handy.
We included breakfast but didn't take into account that due to our program, this was not practical. We had to leave the hotel very early every morning. A muffin takeaway would have been fantastic. The bathroom is very old and not clean to my standard. And the bed was very soft. We couldn't open the window due to all the noise from functions happening in the function rooms. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Vast improvement at reception. Two very pleasant, helpful & welcoming women there. Complete opposite to my last 2 experiences!
Room defects, reported to reception & was moved. Two issues in second room but not imminently dangerous so reported when leaving the next morning.
Not sure what was going on with bar staff. I did pre-approval on my card to charge food & drinks to my room. Wasn't asked to sign for anything as is customary in hotels???
Barman seemed to have an issue with serving me after I had 3 drinks. I was in no way inebriated, loud or a nuisance. I had joined company with a couple who asked if they could sit in the area I was in. Why did he choose to judge the single female?? I'm no way inclined to go back to this hotel because of his attitude.

The room is perfect for the night
I found the bed to be to hard
