View from my bedroom
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your front desk staff during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude was extremely rude, which left both my partner and me regretting our decision to stay.
Despite booking separate rooms, the receptionist's unprofessional behavior and lack of communication significantly affected our experience. His interaction with my partner, in particular, was unpleasant and disrespectful, which is unacceptable. It felt as though there was some bias, as he displayed a rude attitude towards us, even though my partner speaks fluent English and we made a simple request for rooms close to each other.
If it hadn't been so late, we would have left the hotel. I highly recommend you consider hiring staff who are trained to handle guests with courtesy and professionalism. This would ensure that future customers do not face similar discomfort.
We sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve your services.

The hotel is fantastic and is one of the finest displays of the genius of the French architect Zevaco. The rooms are very spacious, there is a balcony with a gorgeous view and a luxurious panoramic window. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, we were kindly allowed to walk in the area with the pool and fountains (due to covid they did not work, but it was still beautiful there) and borrowed tools to change the wheel. The water is clean, you can drink it straight from the tap.
The hotel does not have its own free parking, but there is a parking lot for 40 cars right in front of the entrance, which was seized by local crooks. We arrived in a rented car at night, in the morning we approached the car, and some dirty, grimy tramp stood next to her with a rag, pretending to wash it. Our car was only out of the garage and did not need cleaning. He began to beg for money, we did not understand what to pay him for, we did not ask to wash her and she was already clean, but we offered him dichram so that he would not bother us. He said that this is not enough and he wants at least 2 euros, refused to take the dichram and said that we would regret it. And the next day we found a punctured wheel. It's good that we had a spare tire. Don't come to this hotel without a spare wheel.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY - clean room, with balcony and view, and swimming pool for under €25!
LOVELY AND HELPFUL STAFF - especially Atifi and Mostafa, both speak very good english which helped us
FASCINATING ARCHTECTURE - 60's modernist design, everything unique and hand made
GOOD FOOD - the breakfast option us well worth it, continental with eggs, coffee and juice, and were happy to serve us late when we over slept. we had one dinner which was brought to the room, turkey kebab - simple and delicious
POOL - un-chlorinated pool fed directly from the mountain spring, from the balcony and photos it looks a little dirty but up close you realise it's just a few missing tiles and a nice place to relax and take the edge off the heat
GREAT LOCATION - it's a convenient 20min taxi ride from Fez medina (120MAD) but Sidi Harazem is a great location itself. Just next to the hotel is a large park near the mosque, calm and peaceful with locals relaxing and collecting water from the spring fed fountains (I drank the water with no negative consequences - maybe not for everyone) with various small food vendors.
for the price I give 10/10 and will be returning
if you were looking for something immaculate and luxurious you might be disappointed, but you'd also be a little foolish to expect that for the price.
