Awesome

Great location. The room is clean, spacious, pleasant to spend time in. Professional housekeeping and friendly staff. The breakfast is great too.

Just one minor comments: the apartment is located in the same building with the University residence hall but everything is excellent.

Perfect spot to stay and explore Edinburgh

Very friendly welcome. The studio is as advertised, not very spacious but efficient if you’re just visiting the city. The studio was clean, comfortable and quiet. No problem in finding the studio in the building. Walking distance to city centre and the major attractions. The breakfastroom was cozy and sufficient supply for your start of the day. Recommended stay for a citytrip!

Petit studio propre et confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut comme électroménager. Personnel agréable, logement bien situé et produits de beauté qui sentent très bon.

Salle de douche microscopique, télévision qui ne capte pas et trop peu de vaisselle. Je n'ai pas apprécié que le personnel visite la chambre pendant notre absence.

Excelent

It has a very nice location, easy to locate, friendly staff, very quiet and clean. The room is very cozy with everything well kept and very clean.

The internet was bad.

The loft design, the spacious apartment and very complete kitchen utensils even come with a wine opener

The few steps of staircases that leading up to the lift lobby from the apartment room. We need to lift our luggage up the staircase

The place was clean and central. We really had a good time.

There was no air-conditioning, which felt a bit stuffy as it was summer. Also, the doors are heavy and do not stay open.

Compact but awesome stay in a great location

Small but perfect little stay in the centre of Edinburgh. Walking distance to everything!

Slow start to get our keys at reception. We waited about 30mins

Pleasant stay, a quiet area and central to everything.

Clean, spacious and 10 min walk from all major tourist destinations. Loved the self catering aspect.

Pleasant, stay overall but don’t think we would stay again.

Modern ,comfy bed ,Bathroom , security ,Fan, welcome pack, toiletries ,and Towels

Complicated appliances , dangerous steps, leading down to the kitchen needs high vis edging fell down them !, plugs not near mirrors , very noisy with guests coming and going, long wait for the lift at times.

- Clean and tidy - Facilities are comprehensive. There is a kitchen with everything, a fridge and a toaster (and I think a oven as well) - Located in the student accommodation of University of Edinburgh, which indicates its safety - Location is good - Staff are extremely friendly and helpful!! - Noise proofing to a great extent

very central and clean, nice staff

we arrived on sat night, the noise from the road was so loud my daughter only slept 4 hours! there was a bus stop under our room, lots of shouting all night. we all had a very bad sleep. it sounded like the window was open

The hosts and the apartments were nice and was close to the centre also.

They were banging all the time and especially at 4.40am every morning ing which then was hard to get back to sleep

the surrounding area was a little loud in the morning, but apart from that I couldn’t complain.

Km apartments

The location was great and the apartment was excellent

When they advertise this place it looked gd until the 1st day the TV packed up,so they moved us to another room,then that was OK until the TV went again then thete was no heating and also the cooker hob didn't work,by that time we'd had enough and was due to leave the nxt day,so if you are gonna book just make sure that everything is OK at the apartment before you finalise your check in

Fantastic apartment, would highly recommend

Small but cosy apartment. Everything looked brand new. Lovely apartment overall. Comfortable bed. The bathroom is compact but not extremely tiny like some places.

Was a little noisy in the evening with people in the corridor
