Will definately return

The style and decor of the hotel. We had L'occitane products, which I loved. I really liked, that you got a mug to have your tea or coffee in. The staff were helpful.

The pictures above the bed in the room were not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. They were tacky and cheap in style, of a bottle of wine. Something similar in our friends room. The rooms were a bit hot.

Always nice to come to the hotel

Always a beautiful hotel with friendly and conscientious staff.

There was a noise akin to an MRI scanner that started about 4am that made it hard to sleep.

Glamorous and warm

Beautiful decorations and lovely staff Asked for a salad with my supper and it was lovely

It was all good - no kettle in the room but one arrived as soon as I asked

Professional with a warm approach due to brilliant staff. Would book again.

Your reception team in the morning were so friendly and approachable, the man who showed us to our room was warm and friendly. Very professional. Great bed! Clean rooms! Easy parking!

The lady that checked us in didn’t seem very interested in us as customers but she wasn’t rude just not as friendly and warm as our morning lady. Still 10/10

I loved everything about this hotel!

Other hotels have been very loose with their adjectives. So I wasn’t sure what to expect from “luxury”. But the place was beautiful, the room was spacious, the bedding soft and luxurious , and the service was impeccable!

I don’t have a single complaint.

Lovely hotel and staff were so helpfull. Our room / bathroom was really nice. the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in.

Elegant comfort in historic west end

Top notch experience from the moment we walked on the property. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Room and all hotel grounds were immaculate and sumptuous. Location was so convenient to Botanical Gardens and the whole neighborhood was charming Didn’t want for a thing

I have stayed on a number of occasions and the service is is always of a high standard and friendly.

Breakfast excellent. Service excellent. The young woman on Bar was so helpful and is tireless in supporting her guests.

Parking! However it is out of their hands. The City Council should be supporting such important business.

too many staff rushing around with no clear senior person visible.

Rude lady ay reception at 4.45 who kept talking on the phone in spite of our being asked to sit down-no apology for keeping us waiting. toast ordered at breakfast did not arrive breakfast was included but the check out clerk seemed unaware.

Birthday weekend. Absolutely beautiful place to spend my wifes 60th birthday. And she loved it.

The hotel has such a fabulous reputation and it certainly lived up to it. Staff were all extremely courteous and friendly and room was fantastic.

Absolutely nothing to disappoint.

I loved that this was an extremely old building updated with a comfortable touch.

I thought parking would be an issue but was able to park across the street with no issues.

The food was fantastic and the bar was first class. Great staff, very helpful and professional. The room was very comfortable and stylish and it was a nice surprise to see it well stocked with a variety of goods. Room service was quick and easy.
