Great location and hosts were very friendly. Brighton is always expensive and you never get much for your money but we both enjoyed our stay.
Facilities were limited but that's all clearly set out on the website. Can I say the noisy seagulls but then you are by the seaside!!

Very centrally located in Brighton. A throw of stone away from the beach and from a host of restaurants and cafes. The hotel is on a quiet street. The bed and the room as a whole were quite comfortable.

Lovely clean room with complimentary snacks and drinks. Couldn’t fault the welcome and hosts.
Room was very cold and damp. Heater was provided but we ended up not using it. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and hard, heavy duvet.

Scott and Helen very friendly and helpful and gave us loads of really useful ideas. it was very clean and comfy and we loved the breakfast fruit and bars in our room.
There was a knack to getting the shower temperature right bit good once we got it there!

Location was great walking distance to everything you need
Shower pressure was minimal, wooden floors were so noisy we could hear the people above us walking around.

The Hosts Were Absolutely Lovely. So Friendly. The Place Was Spotless, Nice & Warm When We Arrived! Great Location. Was There If We Needed Any Help At All. We Can’t Wait To Come Back 😊 Would Recommend 100%

Scott and Helen were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Location was very close to the beach and town. There is a pub across the road and restaurant at the end of the street. Lots of nice places to eat right on the doorstep.
Sensors on the lights at the top of the stairs would help when you are on the top floor.

Very caring hosts and clean and comfortable rooms!
streets were very smelly after festival

Scott and Helen were very friendly, helped carry luggage up the stairs and recommended some places to eat and visit.
Welcome packet in the room with recommendations on activities and where to find places to eat, as well as a mini fridge and complimentary breakfast basket which was a nice touch. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable.
Great location, only 5 minute walk from the beach and pier. 10/10 would definitely stay again!
Only downside was the amount of stairs to the top floor rooms, but the room definitely made up for it.

Easy walking distance to all major visitor sites in Brighton. Especially the pier, the i360, upside down house and Pirate adventure golf which offers delicious ice creams and fish and chips. Also close to Volks Railway.
Didnt realise the amount of stairs there would be to get to our room which was on the 4th floor.
