Fajna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Wenecji.

Smaczne (aczkolwiek dość skromne) śniadania - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wymeldowując się rano i jadąc do Wenecji mogliśmy (za darmo) pozostawić samochód na cały dzień na strzeżonym parkingu. Bezpośrednio pod hotelem przystanek, do którego odjeżdżają co 15 minut autobusy do Wenecji, bilety można zakupić w recepcji. Śpiąc w hotelu jesteśmy zwolnieni z podatku od wjazdu do Wenecji, o czym informuje nas obsługa.

Stan hotelu pozostawia wiele do życzenia, zdecydowanie lata świetności ma za sobą. Łazienka mikroskopijna, siedząc na toalecie uderza się kolanami w grzejnik. W pokoju brak szafy, jeden kontakt. Prosząc o żelazko dostaliśmy stare i zakamienione, a za deskę do prasowania miał nam służyć czajnik. Bezpośrednio pod naszymi oknami było otwarte trzy knajpy, pełne lokalów - dla kogoś lubiącego ciszę średnia opcja.

Breakfast was a disappointment

The hotel is very beautiful, the room is great, very comfortable, the bathroom is very good.

Breakfast was a disappointment, hard bread because it was old, salami and cheese in a dry stage also appearing to be old, scrambled eggs and bacon were cold because the machine was off, giving it a stale appearance. It would have been better not to offer breakfast included in the price.

Excellent location for visiting Venice

Excellent location for visiting Venice, parking available on site and bus station to Venice is in front of the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Rooms are a bit small but OK.

Awesome place to stay if you're going to Venice as a daytrip

The staff was real nice and made our stay worthwhile. The hotel has an authentic look and even though it looks a bit dated everything was really clean. Breakfast was really nice. There was always room for parking in the street and it's a short drive to Venice.

Hotel in build, we had new room, very basic, but everything was in place. Reception people was very helpful and you can see they care about hotel and their guests. Great localisation so shout out for Nuova Mestre!

Kindly staff specialy Mr. Mauro in the restaurant always smiling and kind full and help full. Bus stations near the hotel to reach by bus to Central of venies take 30 minutes by bus. Restaurant and pharmacy and supermarket near by

They booked for us room in the old part of the hotel not available balacony The towels it has not good Smilt The room is narrow

Superb

The location of the hotel is great. There is bus stop just in front of the hotel which will take to the Venezia in 15-20 minutes. The staff was very helpful also and room was very clean.

Overall a decent choice

The guys in reception were very friendly, they gave us all the details we needed to reach Venice. I hadn't booked for breakfast, so I don't know. The room was clean and decent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and very clean! The bus station for the bus to Venice was down the stairs. It was a route about 30 to 40 minutes. The bus was there every 10 to 20 mins. It's not like staying in Venice, but it was ok for the price.

nothing specific, maybe I wish I knew how to reach hotel from train station before my arrival to Mestre train station. We didn't know which bus to take, where we buy tickets et al, but this is not so specific to the hotel.

Perfect place to stay for visiting Venice! Great, very helpful and friendly staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Bus stop to go to Venice just in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast! Rooms very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good value for money

Breakfast was nice. Room was very clean. They even provided an outlet adapter as I forgot to bring mine. Very easy to get to Venice. Many small restaurants close by with a supermarket right across the street. I would recommend this hotel.

Internet dropped a little when making calls but overall still reliable.

location. the bus stop is just around coner but bus number 7 to venezia is very crowded. It was very tough for family. The room was too small for 4 people and it seems that the photos are from new building but our room was in old building which needs renovation.

A very decent hotel, well connected by public buses.

Very friendly staff at the reception desk and breakfast room. Room was clean as was the bathroom, beds comfortable. Decent breakfast.

Kind of disappointing that some food items (eg. bacon, tomatoes) were not replenished fast enough (or not at all). Better arrive early for breakfast.

No parking was full I ask 2 single bad was not available The more important the air conditioner not working I open the windows to get fresh air and was very noisy 😑

quiet and comfy

the staff are very welcoming and helpful. the bed is big and comfortable. everything is very clean. breakfast is good and healthy with lots of fruit. it’s very quiet. I stayed here twice and would stay again when in the region.

Juts for the night

The person that receive us was helpful and everything runs well. This is a Hotel just to stay the night and so nothing to stay. Have a parking what is nice, if the Hotel are not full. The breakfast was reasonable.

The room was a little small and also the Hotel is a bit dated. I Have some holes on the wall.

Good value for the money

I got a free upgrade to a very nice and renovated room I had reserved a very convenient parking space and was warmly welcomed It's a nice hotel with a fair value for the money

The breakfast could have been better. Accessing the hotel by car may take you trough the ZTL (limited traffic zone) which isn't very well signalled, so be careful as you might get fined.
