Tágas, szép apartman

Jó elhelyezkedés, minden könnyen megközelíthető a helyről. Pár lépésre van a buszmegálló, ha valaki a reptérről azzal jönne-menne.Nagy terasza volt, kényelmes ágyak. Szép apartman.Alap felszerelése jó,,ha valaki nem akar ott főzni akkor elég. Só, tea, instant kávé és még pár falat és víz bekészítve az érkezőknek. Ami kedves dolog. Egy nagy közös fürdőszoba van, külön wc. Az egyik szobához van csak egy kis külön fürdőszoba. Nagy családnak szuper, barátoknál néha vitás😊

Az épület aljában a konyha zajos. Az autók zaja behallatszik. Sajnos hangyák is megjelentek néha, de lefújtuk a bekészített szerrel. A társaságunk, ami hiányolt, hogy a szemeteseket nem jött senki kiüríteni az apartmanból és tájékoztatást sem kaptunk, hogy hova vigyük mi esetleg vagy plusz szemetes zacskót sem adtak, ami azért lényeges, mert a wc papírt nem lehet a ecbe dobni! Kevés volt a wc papír, a wc ki sem volt takarítva. Bizonyos elektronikai eszközök eltérőek, mint nálunk és jó lett volna, ha az elején ezt valaki elmagyarázza.

Has potential!

The place was very spacious and we had a lot of room for everyone. The beds were VERY comfortable and everything was clean. There was also temperature control units in each room which was a pleasant surprise. If we wanted to cook the kitchen was fully stocked. We didn’t but its nice to have the option!

The showers were so difficult to use, the shower heads don’t stay put so they shoot water outside making everything very wet, and the temperature choices were scalding hot or cold and no in between. The owner was very hard to get in contact with and I never got a response to some of my emails. The TV also didn’t work, which would have been nice to know and seemed like something he should have mentioned. After spending a full day out in the rain, we wanted to just chill and watch a movie but spent an hour trying to get the TV working (with no success and I messaged the owner). Over 24 hours later, we reached out again to the owner and were informed it won’t work and there was nothing he could do. We were pretty dissatisfied with his communication.

Perfect place for a comfortable stay in Paphos.

Clean, comfortable, all mod cons. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Big balcony/terrace. Right on the main drag with shops, bars and restaurants - try Happy Island :-), 5 mins walk to beach. Owner very accommodating - allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Waited for us to arrive and showed us around, even left us a small welcome package with water and food.

Nothing really, only the current road works, and the noise from the main road including the idiots revving their cars late at night on weekends, but that isn’t the accommodation‘s fault and the double glazing helped!

Great aparment with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, big terrace and big living room

It was little bit hard to find enterance in the evening but owner wait for us navigate us on the phone.

excelent place. I do recommend.

The apartment is at a great location. Also near to CHABAD house. (Advantage for orthodox jews during SHABAT) Close to the beach, and to the KOSHER restaurants. Stavros, the host, was very helpful, kind and very responsive. Both before the stay, and during the stay. He waited us though we arrive at 02:00 AM to give the keys and explain the instruction. We were there a family of 2 parents and 4 adult children. We used the well-equipped kitchen to cook some food for us. The apartment is large and convenient.

The inside of the apartment is perfect, but the outside house is old. and doesn't look so nice.

We enjoyed every minute of it

The apartment is VERY specious! and has 3 bedrooms. We had all the space that we needed. The owner met us when we arrive and he was gracious to allow us early check in and late check out The location is great - within walking distance from the beach

The apartment is great, it felt luxurious and met all of our expectations.

The apartment is great, it felt luxurious and met all of our expectations. There's a lot of space, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the devices, dishes and tools. The towels were clean, the balcony was spacious. The house is designed with good taste, everything looks clean and new. The location is great! The beautiful beaches and hotels are right across the street, and the city center is few minutes walking.

The entrance from behind the restaurants is a bit shady at night. Smell of cooking from the restaurants below. Ants in the balcony if you leave crumbs on the floor/table.

Highly recommend apartment once the renovation work on the neighboring apartment is complete.

The apartment is in a central location. It is very spacious, clean and has all of the accessories for cooking and two showers. It has a large balcony with shade to sit together with a nice breeze and you can see the sunset from the balcony.

At night you can hear the cars from the street from the bedroom. Our main issue was that the next door apartment was under renovation which caused banging, and drilling noise during the day.

We're not ready to use a conventional apartment instead of a premium hotel.

It is a well-equipped family apartment. 3 bedrooms, a lot of bathrooms/restrooms, big terrace. Good quality furniture, lovely host, good complimentary drinks and snacks! Very comfortable premium mattresses.

There are two major points: 1. A lot of noise from outside during the night and the morning (motorbikes, tuning cars, grinder, and so on), 2. This is not a real sea view, but you can see a tiny spot of the sea (based on my definition. Sea view is for example from the 5 star Annabelle hotel, where we needed to move with my fiancee to 1. have a rest in a quiet place 2. enjoy the sea view You can easily decide which picture was taken where. :) To be honest: It is a nice apartment, but we have high expectations. We are used to staying in premium hotels. So if I had prepared for the noise with earplugs, our stay would have been lovely, because the sea is close, the location is perfect. At least our teens enjoyed it very much that we moved away for a while. :)

Clean and spacious stay

Great location, nice view, big terrace, spacious flat with few bathrooms, all required dishes and facilities, even tea, coffee, shower gel available. Great TV with huge amount of channels :) The owner kind, responsive and supportive ;) even left nice snacks for us :) parking available nesr flat - yard big and spacious. Restaurants near buy as well as seaside. There is even potty and mini bath for kids ;) it is good choice for friends company and families.

We stayed in December, so flat was quite cool despite heating. Ceramic floor very cold. Water heating system not very convenient, but hot water available. Master bedrooms have 2 single beds combined instead 1 single bed.

Hosts welcoming and his help during the stay, professionalism, appartment location in the main street, appartment amenities and super clean, refurbished. I strongly recommend it and will definitely book it again. A real 5 stars experience.
