Nice central location, enough parking available. Very friendly staff at the 24 hour reception desk. Common area's like bathroom and kitchen are very clean. The bed was of good quality.
I would definitely stay again in this shared accommodation. Just bring your own kitchen utensils and you'll have a lovely stay.
There are allmost no cutlery, plates and glasses available at the kitchen. There are no towels to dry your dishes. Soap and cleaning utensils are provided. Very limited availability of cooking pans.
Bring your own if you're planning on cooking.
The carpeting looked like it needed replacement a long time ago. I'm not sure the tap water in the room is drinkable, it tasted like chlorine.

The location is accessible. It has a bus station not too far from the conference center. So it's easy getting to the shopping center in Derby.
The breakfast was good and you had a good variety of food to choose from .
The distance of the restroom to the room ,the fact that I had to walk a distance before using the restroom especially at night was not interesting

The staff were very kind and the air in Derby was clean.
I have five complaints.
The first is that the washroom in the kitchen is dirty and unusable.
Second, the drainage in the shower room is too bad.
Third, weak Wi-Fi
Fourth, Awakened by a malfunctioning fire alarm many times.
The fifth was the worst.
October15 AM 5:30 A drunk neighbor yelled and smashed the curtain blinds in his room.
October29 23:20 Drunk people broke a dryer and toilets and littered the hallway with pasta. Because of his rampage, the pants I just bought in this city are gone, and more than half of the laundry is gone. None of the residents called the police until I, a foreigner, went to the front desk.
There is nothing wrong with the staff. They were very kind to me.
But, you must ban drinking in the room.

The location was good.
The toilets were really unclean with no toilet rolls available most of the time.
The showers were faulty.

Staff were very helpful

I have stayed here a lot over the last year or so. The staff are very professional. The vast majority of guests are respectful of everybody else. On the rare occasion there are any problems its sorted out very quickly. Its quiet, peaceful and safe. Its great if you want to study, work or rest. The clientele is totally mixed.
The kitchen etc. is cleaned every day. You are responsible for cleaning your own room, which means you are never disturbed. Most people stay a month or 2.

Close to public transport
Everything, didnt feel comfortable. There was only 1 toilet and shower for the females. The others were out of order the whole time I was there. The radiators in the corridors and kitchen were boiling hot. They couldn't be turn off. Maintenance were nformed and nothing was done. There is 1 cooker between 16 people. It was like living in a prison camp.

The location is a bit further from the center but it's not too far.

A good employee helped me, although I do not speak English well.
There were some unpleasant moments with other residents of the hotel, which I would not like to write about. I think this is an exception to the rule.
