Hen party

Everything you need and location was perfect for getting into town for our hen party plans. We stayed in apartments 1&2. Only notes I would make is we could have done with an oven tray and a sharp knife. Also the windows downstairs didn't open so it got a bit stuffy, but aside from those small points we had a great stay!

Great location, ideal spot for large groups as apartment’s are spacious.

Location was perfect, communication with RST was spot on. Spacious apartments.

Sofa beds aren’t the most comfortable, but serve a purpose. Could do with more towels per person.

Brilliant stay, plenty of space for us all and perfect location. It had every thing we needed

Location was perfect. We also loved the living space as this allowed us to all sit at night and my little boy to play. Communication with all the info etc was needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rodney Street and Charlotte absolutely amazing so helpful so easy to deal with.

Hen Weekend

The apartment was clean & tidy when we turned up. The apartment is in a good location, and everything is within walking distance. Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels to use. Charlotte was great to deal with and is always available by text or phone. Would definitely recommend.

The smells of the toilets were quite bad, am guessing drainage & the living room needs an Alexa or speaker of some sort.

This apartment was clean and large but needs more bathroom facilities for larger groups.

The apartment was clean and we had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable.

The main problem was that for a group of 9 ladies there was 1 toilet and 1 shower!! so getting ready to go out was a nightmare, the bedrooms were cold and the rooms facing the road were very noisy and only single glazed which added to the cold and the noise. The two sofas in the living room only allowed 6 people to sit together the other 3 in our group had to sit on hard dining room chairs so it wasn't a comfortable place for us all to gather to have a chat.

there was 10 girls with us a few extra mirrors around and maybe another toilet but that would just be nip picking as the apartment was fab

Difficult to reach staff during fire alarm incident

location was good, central to things.

difficulty getting hold of host after fire alarm was set off for 2.5 hours. called 20 times with no answer and eventually was contacted back after 2.5 hours, the alarm was sounding throughout the entire building the whole time. had to call the fire brigade, but they were unable to turn off the alarm as only the host had the code to override the alarm.

Large group booking

Me and 12 friends stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend, we would absolutely recommend it! It was fantastic for a group and Central for everything we needed, tidy, clean and well maintained, good value for money.

The only slight issue was that it only had the one toilet/shower room, which could be a problem with a large group.

A lovely apartment and perfect for our weekend.

The property was clean, modern and just what we needed for our stay. It is in a good location and the communication from the host was brilliant. Would love to come again.

The staff were helpful. Location was good

Very run down and haggered. You have to pay a £300 deposit when it clearly has been used as just a party hub! The carpets were torn also the sofa. Beds stained and quilts less than sub standard.
