Lovely team and clean facilities with tasty breakfast. Spacious rooms.

I have always loved their breakfast. The breakfast this time around was very tasty as always. My only wing is that I expected it to be a buffet as usual, but they said because there were few guests breakfast was served from the kitchen, but I could still have as much food as I wanted so in essence it was still a buffet. love you Team Wildview!

Overprized for what you get.

Location is OK. The set up of the hotel quite nice - but a bit neglected. The staff is friendly

On arrival the booked rooms were not all available. We had to wait for half a day before we could all move in. But still the booked rooms were not all available as per description at Booking.Com Light in bathroom horrible - far too dark inside there. Tap hardly flowing, had to fix it myself. We went for a safari ride and returned shortly after 18:00 hours. Then you go to your room to freshen up and then to the restaurant, looking forward to get something nice to eat. Only to realize: Sorry, restaurant closes at 19:00 hours. Breakfast a bit too basic.

I should get at least a 50% money back.

Bedding were clean. The rest was a disaster.

Spiders in the room. Breakfast was a disaster. Breakfast was late, no fresh coffee. I should not pay for this. I cannot believe that Booking.com features this facility. It is totally dilapidated and should not be opened to the public. We were the only guests for the night.

Disappointing

Rooms were not bad

The restaurant was no good. They were closing at 20 hrs and choice of food very poor. They had loud music on Sunday and it was open to the public using toilets in the dining room. It was TERRIBLE

Pleasant

Liked 5he fact that it's on the road side and close to both shopping centred in Kasane so it's easy to get amenities The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very friendly

The finishing touches where not upto date . The wood on the door frames was done in a hurry . There was a Gyeser hanging over our heads in the bathroom which looked both not neat and dangerous .

Otherwise it was okay..

Breakfast was awesome and dinner was superb… That evening chef was the best on Thursday evening.. He really cooked nice food.. Big up to him and breakfast was 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾.

The only thing I didn’t like was to find an OPEN VIEW decoder in our room,I did not watch tv because of it and try rectify your Soap holder in room 105 please.And curtain please,I understand you need light for security reasons but that light went straight into our room .

Pleasant, though it was short.

Didn't get breakfast as we had an early schedule before breakfast. Dinner was on time as booked and great. The facility is scenic and seems well trimmed in its gardens etc. Public transport system - taxis - is easily available and affordable. This is in the wild and has organised tour events which one will do well to book as you book the room. I would book them again if I need accommodation in the same area.

A duvet had some stains which were highlighted to the staff and they promised it will be attended.

We enjoyed the stay very much.

The breakfast was excellent, but the staff need training. The location of the hotel is great. It was quiet and we could rest well. The best part is the river at the back where we had sundowners every afternoon.

The staff in the kitchen needs training. The rooms need maintenance as some of the taps comes off, the light in the bathroom is poor and the bed lamps in the one room didn't work. The outside of the rooms were dirty and full of spider webbs and the rooms were a bit dirty.

Close to all activities and amenities. Rooms are beautiful, clean. We enjoyed the braai area near the restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful always.

Safes not bolted down. Room 114 had a key issue that took a while to be resolved
