Great property in the centre of town. Close to shops, bars & restaurants. Great Wi-Fi. Property had everything we needed and more for our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

The lock box was difficult to use in poor light conditions. In our experience a keysafe with a keypad is easier to use and has more space for the keys

Location was excellent. Spacious, light property with a comfortable lounge / diner with enough room for 4 adults to sit. Some nice features. Property owner responded quickly to some issues at the start.
We would have preferred a shower downstairs where the two main bedrooms are situated. The small shower is upstairs and we had to go out of the apartment and up the outer stairs to access it. The ladder inside the apartment was too precarious to negotiate each time. There was only one teaspoon for the four of us! The bulbs did not work in the hallway. The mirror in the main bedroom was off the wall. All these little things unfortunately show a lack of attention to guests comfort. Also would be an idea to place a name on the outside of the property so it’s clearly indicated. We took a while to figure out where it was.

Location is fantastic , central to town and island and several restaurants Comfy beds and linen all very clean . Living areas spacious , light and floor levels make it unique . We loved sitting outside late evening - especially as it never went dark

Downstairs living area spacious with lots of light coming in through windows large sofas comfortable and well situated upstairs light and comfortable with access to an outdoor balcony
Downstairs bathroom unfit for purpose bath tap could not be turned off, boiling water constantly running so dangerous shower head broken and taped no shower curtain,curtain rail rusty ,toilet did not flush properly. living room curtain rail broken,skirting board not attached to wall. In one bedroom velux window could not be opened and blinds in both bedrooms could not be pushed up ,so no natural light in both rooms and one airless wardrobes not empty or clean with a jacket and paint tin in one.Hair under the beds and wood burner full of ash. No iron or ironing board. Door handles stiff and sticking. Stepladder to upper floor no handrail so dangerous.No nearby parking and no recycling ,rubbish to be taken to bins in nearby street despite adjacent properties having bins. .Upstairs bedroom had no door just a curtain so no privacy and the upstairs shower had no lock on the door as well as no way of closing the door. The photos of the property failed to show half the kitchen unit that was installed into the upstairs bedroom! The property was originally two separate flats and the staircase to the upper floor was originally an outside staircase with separate doors leading on to each level.

The location is excellent, very central to town centre. Apartment is very spacious.
Getting in and out of the apartment is a bit confusing. The door lock of the second floor seems not working and we were not given the key. We have to enter the apartment on the third floor and climb the stairs down to the second floor where most of the facilities located. It is a bit of problem for my husband climbing the stairs, otherwise we really enjoy our stay there overall.

The apartment was very comfortable. The location was perfect - literally just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Lerwick. Despite being so central it was very quiet and we slept well. It was easy to find parking nearby and there was a convenience shop close to the apartment for essentials. Although it is advertised as not having wifi there is in fact a very good wifi connection. I can't recommend the apartment highly enough.

Just as it says, perfectly located in the middle of where you want to stay in Lerwick. Very nice and spacy flat. I'll recomend it every day!

Suited our needs for a business trip. Plenty of space & two bathrooms ideal. Discovering there WAS wifi was a nice bonus
Parking was a bit hit & miss but not a deal breaker. Given the provision of a wood burner a few logs would have been good especially as the property was a bit on the cold side (snowy & gales during our visit.)
The property could do with a bit of redecorating to smarten it up but I think that was perhaps work in progress and we were there out of season.

Location Location Location , it has huge big bedrooms, well equipped kitchen , very comfortable living spaces .
It could have been cleaner in parks , a little run down , some parts needs maintenance, we wanted a day of our holiday waiting on an electrian , as the bathroom light was broken , resulting on no electricity for the rest of the property .

The property was fantastically located in the town centre. It was a very spacious property that had everything that we needed. It was very comfortable
There’s no guaranteed parking and Monday to Saturday I don’t think you can drive to the property between 8am and roughly 5pm ish as it said disc zone only. The property wasn’t very clean in places us finding lots of black hairs on the outside of the door of the shower however the kitchen surfaces and tables appeared clean. The property could do with a bit of maintenance. There was a lack of clothes hangers
