Parfait

Reni est incroyable. Elle nous a accueilli avec une telle bienveillance que ça a vraiment ajouté beaucoup à notre sejour. Je me suis sentie entourée. L'emplacement de la maison est top 4 min a pieds de la gare. Et le studio est véritable cocon. 1000 Mercis Reni et à son mari de nous avoir accueilli.

Casetta confort vicino Haarlem

Alloggio delizioso, curato nei minimi dettagli confortevole luminoso e pulito. Padroni di casa perfetti, gentili e premurosi. Casetta situata in contesto tranquillo e comodo per spostarsi nelle vicine Haarlem e Amsterdam. Siamo stati benissimo. Tutto perfetto. Un caro saluto 😃

Per accedere al bagno si fa una piccola rampa di scale, un po' scomoda ma si può fare.

Cozy attic room in Heemstede with a lovely host family

This is a pretty attic room on the third floor if counting ground as first floor. The host kept it very neat and tidy. It has an adorable view. Reni was pretty kind, friendly and welcoming. The house show elegance and it was giving the vibe of being home and cozy. Well done for this lovely setting and good luck for your next visitors!

Nothing in particular, however keep in mind that you need climbing stairs since it is an attic room.

Sharing the house with the hosts

Located 500m from a train station, it gives you easy access to the center.

It's not mentioned in the description that the hosts share the house with you. They were very kind but it means that there is a complete lack of privacy. This isn't what I expected based on my reading of the facilities before booking.

A well located apartment for visiting Amsterdam.

We had everything we needed. Apartment was 500metres from the train station and a 20 min journey to Amsterdam. Bed was comfortable. Clean and fresh dressing gowns and towels were made available to us. Hosts were lovely.

The stairs were quite hard to navigate with luggage . The shower/ toilet was on the floor below which was a little inconvenient in the night however it's an attic apartment so was to be expected. This isn't mentioned in the booking. Not suitable for someone with restricted mobility.

We absolutely loved it

If you looking for a clean and cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood, you found it. It has a well equiped kitchen, with coffee and tea maker, clean bedroom and bathroom, with towels and even bathrobes. The Host is welcoming and very kind. She gave us useful information about the surrounding area. The train station is nearby, about 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Quiet and comfortable neighborhood with convenient access to Amsterdam

Very helpful host . Close to train station, shops and restaurants. convenient location . Very clean and comfortable.

Too many narrow stairs and have to share the floor with the host even though we had a private bedroom and bathroom

A great stay.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is gorgeous and cosy. It is equipped with all comforts, coffee & tea facilities, clean and soft towels, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen . The position is convenient and it was very easy to move around by bike or car. I would defintely go back.

Welcoming, charming host and lovely apartment.

The location is excellent, being close to a train station with quick, regular service to Amsterdam. The apartment is cosy but also has space to eat and relax.

The lack of a toaster is absolutely the only minor thing I found.

Exceptional

The host was very welcoming. She gave us maps of the area and had menus of the places nearby. We could use the umbrellas at the property. Overall a very positive and friendly environment.

Heemstede is just one train station too far for Amsterdam Region ticket. You can still use the ticket with buses though 😊

Exceptional

My fiancé had to travel to the Netherlands for work training and I took a few days off to go with him and visit Amsterdam. Choosing this place was great because it's very close to Amsterdam, 20min by train. It's quiet neighborhood, great to rest after a long day of walking in Amsterdam. And in Heemstede near the apartment there's everything you might need at a walking distance: cafés, restaurants, bus and train station, take away Indonesian ( they even heat your food!) and a great Italian ice cream shop. Haarlem is also very nearby and definitely worth a visit if you have time. As for the accomodation, it's a comfortable and nicely decorated studio, and downstairs you also have a toilet. We felt that everything was organized with love and care and the apartment had everything we needed. As for our hosts, they were this great couple who spoke multiple languages. The lady, Reni helped us with useful information about Amsterdam and clarified any questions and helped with our needs. They're just a normal sweet couple and we really enjoyed meeting them! Oh, and we also met their lovely dog, she's a labradoodle and was the cutest! 10/10, We definitely recommend it and if we return to Amsterdam we'll choose this place again for sure!

Amazing apartment

It is a lovely apartment with a kitchen and lots of space. Walking distance from the Beahuis & BloemenhoveKliniek clinic and the train station. Good options for restaurants and coffee shops. Best thing about the apartment is the owners. They are a lovely couple, super helpful and kind. They made our trip much more memorable.

Exceptional

We were received very nicely on arrival and with a cool drink. We arrived with the bicycles from Germany and were allowed to store them safely in the garden. The owners recommended us a lot of great things and were happy to help us. Although the apartment is in the same house, we felt comfortable and were able to relax. Amsterdam is only 20 minutes away by train and Zandvoort was also very quickly reached by bus. We would love to come back :)

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit klasse Gastgebern

we were in Heemstede for 5 days and are more than just thrilled. the apartment is furnished with so much love and you feel very comfortable. From the equipment there is everything you need for such a vacation and the location is also great. I can only praise the hosts, they are just really warm and great. the evening together with a glass of wine was also very interesting and we learned a lot. many thanks to Reni and her husband! We will be back definitely!!!

Everything was fine

The beds were extremely comfy, would recommend. Rooms were clean. Everything that you need was there. The house owners are helpful.

When we booked the Appartement, it said in the description that we would be alone but when we arrived we came to conclusion that the house owners will stay with us in the same house on the ground floor. It was okay but unexpected.
