Convenient and clean but wouldn’t stay again unless there was no live music on at the pub.

- very well located to everything - clean and fresh - excellent wifi - friendly and accommodating staff - comfortable bed

- noise as others have said - if you are staying there over the weekend you will not get any sleep. I had read the reviews and normally can sleep through music but this was horrendous into 2am and then construction workers start at 6:30am. This impacted our holiday plans due to being so tired so missed out on seeing some key things. - although the apartment has a kitchen there is no oil, salt and pepper to cook with. - only two pillows on the bed

Noisy but close to the sea.

Clean, IKEA, i like that

Its very, no, VERY noisy. The bar downstairs in the neighbouring building with live music, construction works on the road and opposite building. Safe didn’t work, and no lift. Difficult to get to parking through construction (but possible, go past Papantonio store to the embarkment and then turn left between shops and cafes.

Superb

We loved the apartment! Very comfortable and modern. Cleanliness was great. Excellent amenities, good internet speed, smart tv with netflix. Very good location, it is situated just 1 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs and supermarket. Highly recommended!

beautiful luxurious central place (seaside) to stay

The cleanliness, comfort, facilities and safety were excellent.

The property itself is amazing - there was nearby construction that did not provide some privacy and quietness (at the time of my stay) that I wasn’t aware of.

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay in paphos. The apartment was very clean and the location is perfect (walking distance from harbour, beach, restaurants, pubs and supermarket).

No private parking for the room. There is a big parking shared between all apartments. Note that it may be full so you have to park outside. Advice: Bring travel power plug with you to comply with Cyprus standards.

Nice small apartment, with all the necessary equipment available. Nearby supermarket.

Humidity smell inside the apartment. Couldn't lock any of the 4 balcony doors as locks were broken. Bath towels were washed but smelled of humidity and found some hair between, from previous guests. Parking was a complete mess. Couldn't park there. Live (loud) music every night at the nearby bar. Across the street is construction going on - which is mentioned in the fine print. Would be good if the property would provide 1-2 washing powder tablets so you don't have to go to the shop and buy big box. Same would be nice with the dishwashing liquid dispenser on the wall and a clean sponge. AC in the bedroom was not responding to the remote after some time so had to use the main switch for on and off.

if you are ok with the noise, it's a perfect choise

nice place, close to the sea comfortable bed and clean room. staff was helpful

too noisy. on weekends it's hard to sleep because of the music from all cafes. It also, there is a building under construction right near the windows, so noises are all around the clock

Well located appartment

Excellent location, facilities to sit outdoors, clean. Supermarkt within 50 metres. Good restaurants.

Noise because of construction works (as of 7.00) and because of karaoke (as of 21.30). No noise from the other rooms.

Fabulous

the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equiped. We were able to Cook decent meals for ourselves. Each room has an AC, so we could use it to heat apartment in the evening. Big dining table. Huge supermarket nearby, just 50m. The location is quite central, lots of bars/restaurants nearby.

The apartment is facing the street + downstairs there is a pub with live music + it's facing construction site. There is no sound proof windows, which makes the apartment very noisy. We had to sleep with ear plugs for the whole week, and still sometimes it was not enough and we woke up because of noise. The coach in the living room is not comfortable

Exceptional

Communication with the host was so prompt and helpful! We had a very relaxing time here, and even though there was a construction site across, it was very quiet because it seems they finished with the heavy works. Beds were comfortable, and they offer you bathroom amenities as well!
