Really good facilities and location, parking super accesible.
It can get a bit noise as you hear the church bells every hour but it really isn’t bad.
4.2
Nice clean apartment well furnished with kitchen. Parking free onsite though imagine in peak season fills quickly on a first come basis
No terrestrial tv or satellite, have to link mobile to tv or log own account, like Netflix, into the tv - great if you can remember your passwords!
4.2
Spacious and modern
4.2
It was impeccably clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The only minor irritation was the street noise at night.
4.2
molt net, tot nou i cèntric

The location was amazing and the apartment itself was modern, clean and very well equipped. The view from the windows was exceptional! Would definitely stay again!!
The lane that ran in front of the building is used as a rat run for the local nightclub. People were gathering there until the early hours, having a chat, going to the toilet and taking drugs!!! It was so noisy we had to close the windows on a boiling evening! This obviously isn’t the owner’s fault, but perhaps a quiet word to the council to close off the lane and the owners put security doors each side for their customers.

Close to shops, close to castle, food outlets and pubs, beautiful area. Immaculately presented with everything you need for a stay complete with games room.
A little difficult to find. A larger sign at the entrance would help.
4.2
Lots of space for a family, recently refurbished to a high standard, very well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean, central location (everything in town is a short walk), ample parking in the back. Beautiful town and some of the most impressive beaches in South Wales are a 15min drive away.
People shouting right under the bedroom window the whole night -- probably a nightclub nearby (it was also a Friday), no dishwasher (but okay for a short stay).
4.2
The place was spacious, the beds comfortable and the shower great. The washing machine / dryer was really easy to use and convenient.
The place has absolutely no soul, no atmosphere. The view on the parking was not nice and the apartment missed natural light. The hallway to get to the apartment was in the dark during the day and there was no button to turn on the light as it seems to only work at night, automatically.
4.2
Clean, spacious, and with everything you need
Area between the gate and the door needed a bit of tlc

What looked like a portacabin on stilts on the outside was simply wonderful inside. Immaculately clean and spacious with everything needed for a short stay and the games room was an added bonus. The Castle and lake directly opposite and the High Street on your doorstep. Perfect location for Monibier & Barafundle beaches. Would recommend to family and friends.
Nothing we didn't like but a suggestion. Please put a back splash up on your wall in your beautiful kitchen.

Inside Apartment is very clear
Too close to church the bell rings every hours. The sound insulation of the apartment very bad. Couldn’t sleep for the whole night due to other people living in the same block came back late and hear clearly they talks
4.2
Great location and everything we needed for a short stay. Really liked the games room
Not sure why the on-site cafe was closed
4.2
the night club on the high st - the music didn't stop until 3.30 am and then there were people coming out of there until 4 chatting on the steps outside our apartment.
4.2
Amazing apartment. Extremely clean and well looked after. There was an activities room with a pool table and table tennis which the children loved. Easy to gain access and all information was texted through prior to arriving. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.
4.2
Good shower. Quiet. Parking but not always available. Flat was clean but maybe ready for a deep clean.
Smell of cooking, garlic when we arrived that permeated the rooms for a lot of the stay. Heavy going with all the codes to get in and out. Very utilitarian in terms of decor so not a particularly welcoming apartment but I can understand why it s designed that way. It was acceptable for the money
4.2
Very good quality accommodation. Lovely comfy beds and good quality bed linen.
Couldn’t find the switch for the oven. Had prompt help from the service provider to rectify the situation
4.2
over complex entry arrangements, too difficult to get in, 3 doors requiring passwords
4.2
Very modern high spec apartment
Magnificent old church next door - bells rang at midnight and 6.00 am 😁🙏

Very short walk to Pembroke Castle where we enjoyed a lovely afternoon. The apartment was absolutely spotless with plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, convenient for us as we ate in. There is parking behind the building. We booked it quite last minute as we extended our stay in Wales. The owner sent detailed information within minutes.
We stayed on a Saturday night in Harri Tudor 2 and the noise from the nearby club was quite loud into the early hours. This wasn't ideal as we stayed with our two young children. The stepped laneway right outside the bedrooms was busy at times with noisy people traipsing past. No fault to the owner though, the place is very central.
4.2
condition of the apartment was perfect
Different door codes and mechanism to get through various doors - had to ring the host at 1am in the morning to gain access
4.2
Very clean and comfortable
Nothing

I liked the apartment it was very spacious had good rooms. Shower lounge and bedrooms excellent game room and location it was excellent. Would definitely come again.
A couple of small negatives
1 Some idiot had a game of table tennis at about 1am - our room was right next door.
2 Noisy people coming into corridor after a night out. Instead of going straight to their room they loitered in the corridor talking a load of nonsense. This happened twice.
suggestion to owners - maybe but a bit of noise proofing at the bottom of the apartment door as there is about an inch gap to the floor.
Others have mentioned the noise at night from the nightclub. We couldn't here this from the bedroom only the in the lounge

Excellent property, spacious living and dining space. Bathroom was great, we could not fault the apartments at all. washing and drying Facilites and the games room was fun for adults and kids.
The location was terrible, whilst we were right next to the castle for beauty the town clock gonged at EVERY HOUR that meant we were woken on the hour throughout the night, plus the music from pubs went on until 4/5am frì and until 2am Saturday. The cherry on top was a group of youngsters sat outside the bedroom window drinking smoking and urinating which was a great addition to our stay.
4.2
very modern new and spacious
nothing

It is a clean location, very modernly arranged, the situation in the city center.
The discomfort with the multiple codes, which I understood and accepted. Which was just because I'm not used to it.
4.2
nice spacious apartment
a little noisy from the clubs next door
4.2
Clean apartment, decent cooker, reasonably well equipped with kitchenware for cooking. Decent TV. Good shower. Large bed. Parking. Easy access to Pembroke & close to beaches.
Burnt out fuse in melted casing in the main room heater in 1st apartment meant we got moved to another apartment after unpacking.
The second apartment bedroom window was onto a brightly lit alley but there were no curtains, just slatted blinds so the bedroom was light all night. The alley was used by clubbers going home, talking loudly, starting midnight & going on til 3:30am both nights. I had earplugs but was still repeatedly woken up. Second night I tried sleeping on the sofa in the lounge but same problem with light & noise, the blinds that were there didn’t close properly & I was still awake at 4am.
The door handle on the inside of the bathroom door was on the floor when we let ourselves in. At one point I forgot & pushed the door closed & got trapped in the bathroom. The fridge door was dodgy. We had to open the freezer below to be able to then get our fingers in to open the fridge. One of only 2 table tennis bats in the games room had no handle. A simple thing to fix but hadn’t been replaced.
Could have done with some instructions for some of the appliances.
