Carla was wonderful!! She got us out of jam when our car was stuck and took us to to parking garage and helped us to carry our bags to the hotel.

Chambers de Charme! Our room at the back of the hotel was big, quaint and quiet with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Friendly staff, clean, good location (especially for restaurants), but noisy at night if you had a room at the front. 10 mins walk to public parking.

The room was on the top floor facing the street, which was rather nice. I enjoyed opening the French doors and listening to the street noise and the music that drifted up from below. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom amenities were good. The decor was beautiful. For those who unpack, there was a closet with shelving and plenty of drawer space.
There was no elevator, so it meant walking up (and down) four flights of spiral stairs, despite having sustained a leg injury three weeks prior to my visit. I messaged the property and asked to be put on the lowest floor possible, but when I arrived, I was told I was at the top. The room was an unusual arrangement with an entry hall. There was an air conditioner in the entry hall that was pumping out very cold air all the time. The thermostat was in the bedroom and I had it set at a very reasonable temperature, but apparently it did not control the unit in the hall. Fortunately, there was a door to the bedroom I was able to close to keep the bedroom from being ice cold. Also there was no place to put my opened suitcase except on the bed.

great location and wonderful staff.

Cafe de Paris Hotel was delightful. The location is incredible ( the hotel is part of a restaurant) and as you step out you are in the heart of Aix. The nicest part was the friendliness of the staff . Carla made us feel very welcome and went out of her away to bring us coffees whenever and Sufiyaan was very helpful too. All The staff here are extremely hard working and still cheerful. Our bedroom was cleaned and tidied immaculately each day.

our room was soooo beautiful and we had two French windows overlooking the street. lovely bathroom. just loved it. nicely welcomed when we arrived and helped with our luggage. nice breakfast that was included and a lovely place to sit. on a beautiful street where the market was held. great location
lovely staff when we arrived and mostly throughout our stay but at dinner we were made to move from a table because there were only 2 of us and the table was for 4. the restaurant was very quiet and we were staying in the hotel so seemed unnecessary and was done in a very unpleasant way. our waiter was also rude but I think following the lead of his manager. unfortunate as all other staff were charming

The staff and location were excellent. The rooms were roomy and comfortable and was the exact French vibe we were looking for. The claw tub was my favorite.
The wifi could have been stronger in the room. The bed was a little soft for our taste.

room 7 is with a small private balcony and the decor is Chinoiserie - very pretty
room 1 - is very large overlooking the main square also very spacious.
the staff are so kind and attentive - funny - and friendly - maybe it's just February!
the restaurant was also very good and large portions.
breakfast is bread/jam/pastery/coffee/juice-
slow molasses wifi that you have to reconnect every minute.
car parking is a 5 minute walk away.

good breakfast; good location
poor access (pedestrian street) especially with luggages. No elevator while being on the upper floor and without prior information

The hotel and the rooms have their unique charm, in terms of decor and furnishing. It is a really nice place to stay for a few days even, at a perfect location.
The mattresses on the bed are so soft that it is almost impossible to sleep on it.

A great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, comfy beds.
No lift, only handheld showers.

Lovely big bedroom and bathroom. Lovely old style furniture and decor.
Super location on the main street.
Balcony was not worth the extra money paid. It was small and gloomy and overlooked a dark inner courtyard.
Hotel would not accommodate us and allow us to leave our bags there early.
We were told that breakfast could be taken any time up to 12pm. However when we went to get it at 10.30am, we were told that all the croissants and pastries were gone. Instead we were given 3 small slices of bread and 1 knife. Between the 2 of us!!!

Very comfortable room and beautifully decorated. Couldn't be more central. No street noise
While there was no street noise, there was noise from the staff at all hours. Bins bring emptied and bottles being thrown out. Bins moved on cobblestone at 04.30. But it was fine.

I did not realise that I was paying for 4 people- I thought that I was paying a lot for a luxury hotel.
It was 2 large double bedrooms - 1 with a large sofa bed. There were 3 bathrooms - 1 a fully equipped wet room for a disabled person - this was exceptionally well designed and equipped.
There were no windows in the bedrooms or bathrooms - just a glass window and door in the small reception room - don’t think this is legal in the UK! Many people would have found it claustrophobic.

Atmosphere very nice just late at night it’s very still noisy
Noise starting 2am till 5 am

Great Location. Very charming room with a view of the Main Street. Can be noisy but worth it for the central location. Rooms need some TLC and upkeep but you’ll love it all the same.
Mgmt needs to catch up on some repairs and maintenance and this place needs a real hotel lobby, signage or reception area. Feels like you’re walking into the kitchen of a restaurant and out of place. Always waiting on a waiter for help and they never answered a call!

The large rooms as a good size along with the location located on the main strip.
Your out the back in like a mini ground floor apartment, with a courtyard used by the staff. The bathrooms could do with a update too. The size of the rooms are perfect.

Very central on the main walking street. The old town to the north and the 'new' town to the south. Roomy accommodation and quite quiet. Close to tourist centre. Basic breakfast included.
Stairs only, but we knew that before.

From check in to check out, two dining, the service was superior. There is a delightful restaurant attached to the hotel with a large terrace covered by a red canopy that fronts the Cours Mirabeau. The food is excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The room was immaculate, quiet, beautifully decorated and absolutely charming.
